We are so happy we made the move to the Family Tree. We moved from another daycare where our daughter felt isolated and hated being left there, to a place where she was immediately at ease with the highly professional staff who showed her so much love and care. This instantly put us at ease. Every staff member knows our child’s name, regardless of which room they are from. The leadership, management, and communication have been excellent. Accepting and acting on any feedback given. We as parents feel heard and well respected. Our daughter has gone from strength to strength in all areas. She loves the variety of activities offered daily and often replicates them when she comes home! The team has helped her excel in her learning and create activities that pique her interests. The facility is always clean, and there is a genuine feeling that the staff enjoy their job and take pride in their workplace. We 100% recommend the Family Tree.

We are so happy with the care our children receive here. Both of our young kids attend, and it gives us real peace of mind knowing they are safe, happy, and genuinely cared for every day. The educators are wonderful — kind, attentive, and always coming up with engaging, creative activities that our kids love. It’s clear how much thought and effort goes into creating a nurturing and stimulating environment. We feel very lucky to be part of this community and highly recommend this childcare to other families.
