We feel so lucky to have this gem in Berwick. From our first visit, the homely feel of its three interconnected rooms—with glass walls fostering openness, transparency and connection—made it clear this was the right place for our son. Since then, the dedicated and knowledgeable staff have provided consistent care, and we especially value their flexibility and willingness to adapt to our family’s needs. I also really appreciate the staff’s warm smiles and the energy they bring when sharing about our son’s day, even after a long shift. I have nothing but praise for the OAC team at Berwick, unfortunately their Head Office lets the whole team down. Don't answer calls, don't return messages left on machine, don't answer the phone at times. Quite frustating and lets the campus teams down in my view. Need better attention to customer service.

The team have not only been supporting by helping the transition with my daughter but also for us as parents. The team have been reassuring when we need it and 1.5years in we could not be happier that we chose to enrol our daughter to OAC berwick. Thanks and looking forward to the coming years.

I have had both my children attend Berwick OAC from nursery through to kindergarten and can attest they are not just a daycare, they are family. The centre allows the children access to one another in the shared yard which contains a gorgeous playspace, complete with dedicated age appropriate areas, lush trees, a sandpit and light misting spray zone, perfect for taking the edge off of those hot afternoons. This has meant siblings can play together, which is great for giving them access to one another as well as developing multi age friendships. The curriculum is curated to include, amongst other subjects, Spanish language and other multicultural awareness lessons, which might be delivered through cooking or song or dance. They also help children learn methods to aid in regulation of big emotions, respect for one another and autonomy. Each lesson and interaction by the educators is delivered seamlessly with intention, care and love, from nursery right through to kindergarten. They then take the time to write up about these daily experiences and deliver them personally to the parents via Storypark. The culture they have created at this centre has meant my children have thrived under their care and we have been a part of an amazing community. They have gone above and beyond over our time there and it is this dedication that’s sets this centre apart. Nothing over the years has been met with anything less than their whole focus to assist, and this comes from a mother of a child with anaphylaxis and who at one stage had sever eczema. Both of which if any parent knows about, can be extremely challenging. If you want to give your children the best start then consider OAC Berwick.

Amazing daycare . Best teachers and carers. The really do build a bond and connection with each kid .

Worst customer service by the centre in charge. They book me for a tour and sent all reminders. And on the morning of tour when I went there they said no availability for this and next year. And did not allow the centre tour. Highly unprofessional and racist behaviour. Don’t value other people time. I wish there was an option to give 0 star ratings.

We are so incredibly happy with our decision to send our child to OAC Berwick, Vicky and the team go above and beyond in delivering a wonderful experience for families. We are always greeted warmly upon drop offs, the food provided is top notch, the play areas are diverse, fun and clean but most importantly, our child just loves being there! Thank you again, I highly recommend OAC. Come and take a tour and see for yourself.

Team are amazing. There are not a lot of staff changes and they communicate so well that it leaves me super confident to leave my pandemic baby with them, even though she hasn't been very well socialised before, and has a hard time warming up. I've been so impressed with how quickly she's settled in and how she's connected with the carers. Can't recommend highly enough
