We’ve been at Rise and Shine Warner for nearly an year and couldn't be happier.

We have been with Rise and Shine for a year now and could not have asked for a better daycare to send our girl to. Our little one started when she was 12 months old. The staff have been nothing but supportive, caring and open with communication. We love this centre for the way they communicate with families (via an app), always willing to speak with us whenever we have a need, and always so happy to greet us of a morning and afternoon. The rooms are kept so clean and organised, with plenty of activities to keep the children occupied. The outdoor spaces are amazing! We love that they have water mists outside, bikes, veggie gardens, separate play spaces for the different ages, sensory play, etc. Thank you to R&SK team for the level of care they provide to all families. Our daughter has absolutely thrived with her own development and confidence since being apart of this centre. 🩵

The staff at this childcare centre are truly wonderful! The beginning was a bit challenging, but with the support of both the staff and the manager, they worked closely with us and adapted to my son's routine. I'm also so happy with the Rose & Shine approach—fresh meals served daily, including late evening snacks, have been a game-changer for us. It helps prevent those hunger-driven meltdowns and makes the transition home so much smoother. I really appreciate the teamwork at this centre, and I want to give a special thank you to my son's room educators for their continued support. Their dedication has helped me support my son in having an absolute blast every time he comes here. Highly recommend this state-of-the-art, STEM-based childcare for any parents looking for a nurturing and innovative environment for their toddler!

Having moved my children to Rise and Shine Warner in early 2025, I am continuously blown away at how beautiful, caring and supportive the team is, and the clean and educational facilities. The staff here are intelligent, caring, supportive and trustworthy—they really take the time to understand the needs of every child and offer holistic care to ensure every child has the environment to thrive. The price tag is on par with other centres, however this centre is a major stand out! From stem learning opportunities, fresh meals, structure without being too rigid, my children have thrived since coming to Rise and Shine Warner and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone else considering a daycare. A big bonus for me, was how professionally my needs as a parent have been heard and met from day dot. As a busy mum that works fulltime in corporate healthcare and a husband that works fifo, the team at Rise and Shine add so much value and care into everything they do for my kids and our lifestyle.

EDIT: We chose not to continue in 2025 as my son wasn’t quite ready at the time. When we returned to Rise and Shine Daycare this year, with different staff members, our experience was unfortunately very different. On our second day, I arrived 15 minutes early to collect my son and found him visibly distressed — screaming, crying and coughing from being so upset. What was most concerning was how this was being handled. Instead of comforting him, the educator was seated on the floor holding him away from her body at arm’s length, with her head turned away. She made a comment along the lines of, “Gross, he’s coughing on me.” While some may not view this as significant, witnessing my child in distress, reaching out for comfort, only to be physically held away and responded to in that manner was incredibly upsetting. It felt lacking in compassion and care — the very things you hope for when leaving your child with educators. I don’t take leaving negative reviews lightly. However, I feel other parents deserve transparency about our experience. I will add that our brief time there 12 months ago was entirely positive and very different to what we experienced this year. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. Posted in 2025: I did 6 daycare tours and can say that the tour at Rise and Shine Warner was a very clear standout. Since enrolling at the centre they have far exceeded my expectations. Rise and Shine are honestly the gold standard for what a daycare should be. The facilities are beautiful and the staff are warm and professional. They take the time to get to know everyone's name, both parents and child, to answer all of your questions, keep you updated with how your little one is doing and are very transparent. I could not recommend the team more highly. The administration team are so knowledgeable and Candace in the nursery is lovely. My little man simply adored her straight away.

We are so happy with Rise & Shine Kindergarten Warner! Not only is the centre so beautiful, all the staff are professional and caring and we can offer nothing but high praise for the service. So pleased to have them as an extension of our family. 😀
