I am very grateful to all the educators for their dedication and care. They create a warm, safe, and engaging environment where my child can learn and thrive. Our kid loves this place and is eager to go every single day. It's been 7 months since he started and we can see the amazing impact this place has on his personality. The daycare is very well-organised and kept clean at all times. The management team headed by Tina and David are absolutely wonderful to interact with. Huge shout-out to the amazing team of educators. We are absolutely grateful that our kid attends his major part of the week at this wonderful centre.

As parents, we all are quite anxious when choosing a daycare for our little ones, and we were initially in the same situation. I inspected nearly three childcare centres, and ultimately felt that choosing Central Park Early Learning Centre was the best decision for our family. I would say Central Park Early Learning Centre, under the new management of Tina and David, has truly transformed into a more family-oriented and caring environment. Both Tina and David are very approachable and always willing to assist with even the smallest concerns, which gives us as parents real peace of mind. The centre feels warm, welcoming, and supportive, and we are very comfortable with the care and attention provided to our little one. Our child started attending when he was 10 months old, and we have had a very positive experience with the centre. We are extremely happy with the care provided. The educators are warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to the wellbeing and development of each child. Our child settled in quickly, which reflects the supportive and nurturing environment created by the team. I would especially like to acknowledge the efforts of educators Tina, Mrs Fauzia, Saloni, Muna, Ramila, Suganya, and other educators whose names I may not remember at the moment. They are very friendly, caring, and sensitive to each child’s needs. Their dedication and patience give us great confidence and peace of mind as parents. We always see a warm smile when dropping off and picking up our little one, and our little one is always happy and often doesn’t want to leave because he enjoys his time there so much. Overall, we are very satisfied with the centre and truly appreciate the care and support provided to our little one.

I’m very happy with this centre. My daughter learns so much and always comes home happy. The educators are caring and take safety very seriously, which is very important for me as a parent. The staff always communicate properly with families and handle situations professionally and with experience. They use an app to provide updates and photos during the day so I see my child doing activities! I can see they really care for all children and try make a good environment for everyone. Thank you to Tina and all the lovely educators for the hard work every day! You are really making a difference for all the families!!

We absolutely love Central Park Early Learning Centre. The leadership team and educators are incredibly supportive, responsive, and communicative.They’ve created a fantastic, nurturing environment that has done wonders for our child's confidence and development. We couldn't ask for a better place for our child to learn and grow. My Son started when he was 7 months old and he has learned alot in last few months He doesnot cry anymore when he goes to daycare and happily jump on to educators as he loves them. Tina has been very attentive and always takes feedback from us for improving their services. They inform us about our son even if its after hours, for them child welfare comes first. All educators are very good and talented. Thank you Team for being so compassionate and loving.

Both of my children have been attending Central Park ELC in Westmead since they were around 10–11 months old. My older son is now 4 and my younger one is 1.5, and they attend 4–5 days a week. We have always had a positive experience here, and while the previous management was good, the new management has genuinely taken the centre to the next level. There are so many thoughtful weekly (some external) programs and activities, including Mind and Move, music sessions, excursions to nearby places such as Westmead Private, and visits from dentists, police officers, firefighters and other community helpers. Special learning experiences like chicks hatching and the worm farm have also been wonderful and very educational for the children. The educators are dedicated, caring and knowledgeable. Many have been retained under the new management, which has provided great continuity for the children. They have played a big role in supporting my boys’ all-round development and continue to do so with real care and attention. We also love the family events for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, Easter and other celebrations, where parents are invited to attend and watch the children perform or take part in activities. Central Park ELC is truly a very special daycare. I would highly recommend it to any family looking for a trustworthy, caring and development-focused environment for their children.

Thank you Tina for offering such a wonderful experience with this childcare centre. Child feels happy, safe, and excited to attend every day. The educators are caring, attentive, and genuinely passionate about supporting the child’s growth and wellbeing. The centre is always clean, organised, and provides engaging activities that help children learn and develop confidence. Communication with families is excellent. We truly appreciate the care and dedication of the entire team and highly recommend this centre to other families.

We are very disappointed with this centre. Actually, we have no issues with the educators—they are good. However, the centre Director often labels our son as non-cooperative and a difficult child. We understand that our son has delayed speech and limited exposure to English, which likely made it challenging for him to attend the centre initially. He certainly struggled to communicate with his peers. Instead of supporting him, she decided to remove him from the centre. We are aware of an incident that resulted in this termination. Rather than finding a solution, she opted for the easy route. We believe this does not align with the centre’s commitment to value and genuinely understand every child. This centre also poses significant safety risks to children. Classrooms are separated by tall stairs, and children must climb a steep staircase to reach the outdoor playground. During our son’s time there, there were very few teachers, making supervision difficult. Overall, the staff lacked experience caring for children in need. We later moved to the new centre and are very pleased with our son’s development. Consider carefully before choosing this daycare.

Our son began his journey here as a toddler, and we were determined to find the best childcare in the area. From the very beginning, he received exceptional care from the staff, who were consistently kind and accommodating. Their patience during the initial transition made the experience easier not only for our son but for us as parents as well. Special thanks to Sonali, John and Fousia.
