Stop misleading parents who genuinely care about their children with fake reviews. I don’t recommend this centre for any child. The staff are not properly trained and struggle to handle even simple situations. Whenever you ask them something, they tell you to speak with the Director. We’ve barely seen her at the centre, except when she’s dropping off groceries. The Director is very rude and doesn’t allow any real discussion about your child’s wellbeing. She always defends her staff instead of listening to parents or focusing on the children, even though this is the place she earns her living from. Very disappointing experience.

We made the decision to move our son to Busy Bees at the start of 2025, and we couldn't be more grateful for the change. The difference in his behavior and learning has been incredible. In just one year, he has learned so much and come so far socially. We’ve seen him grow in confidence and readiness for kindergarten in 2026. The nurturing environment at Busy Bees has played such a big role in this transformation, and we're so thankful for the staff and the care they provide. Highly recommend to any parents considering it!

Please be cautious when reading their reviews, as many seem to come from people connected to the centre. In our experience, the Director is rarely present and often speaks to families with a poor attitude. When incidents happen, the centre tends to blame the children instead of reviewing staff training or supervision practices. There’s also a very high turnover of educators, which makes it difficult for children to build trust or consistency in care. It appears this may be related to hiring new staff with no experience. Parents deserve transparency, professionalism, and genuine care for their children’s safety.

I'm extremely grateful for this childcare. The staff members are amazing, caring, compassionate, and always make my child feel happy and protected. My child enjoys coming here every day! The teachers are very friendly and treat my child as if they were family. We couldn't be more thrilled!

I couldn't be happier with the care my child receives at this childcare center! The staff are warm, qualified, and genuinely care about the kids. My child thrives in their care, and I love the updates and photos I receive throughout the day. The center is clean, safe, and engaging, with plenty of activities to stimulate young minds. The communication is excellent, and the director is approachable and responsive. ⚠️ Honest Review: Please Read Before Enrolling Your Child ⚠️ If you truly care about your children’s wellbeing, I strongly suggest not sending them to this childcare. Our experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning. There seems to be a high turnover of staff and the level of care and professionalism is far below what you’d expect from a licensed childcare centre. My daughter had two separate incidents in one day first, a black bruise on her forehead and later, scratches on her face. We immediately raised these issues with the staff and expressed how upset we were. Instead of showing genuine concern the director was defensive and dismissive, saying things like “children will always have accidents” and placing the blame on our child. To make things worse after we followed up about our concerns the director accidentally sent a message meant for someone else, calling my husband an “idiot” and saying she would just ignore him. This was deeply unprofessional and showed a complete lack of respect or care for parents or children. In my opinion, this director seems to prioritise money over the wellbeing and safety of the children. Please be careful and do your research before enrolling your child here. I have proof of the director message which accidentally sent to my husband and also photo of my daughter Face. Ps: meet the director and you’ll understand what I mean - Rude, Arrogant and absolutely unprofessional. We are taking this further because Us Parents are not stupid and care for our own children.

My kids & I absolutely love Busy Bees Daycare. My children have been attending for about 3 years. I have seen my daughter come out of her shell over these past couple of years & could not fault the educators. We are leaving the centre due to personal reasons at home & being closer to home & having help, although if that doesn’t work out, I will bring my kids back to Busy Bees in a heartbeat. Thankyou especially to miss Kaye & miss Jess, we will miss our time there.
