My daughter has been attending Little Genius for the past 2 years and we have had a wonderful experience. The educators are caring and communicative and they provide a multitude of activities to keep the children engaged while learning.

Pros: Cosy environment. Friendly educators. Covered sun safe outdoor play area. Frequent updates on Storypark on nappy change times, feeding times etc. Supportive and flexible daycare days and times. Cons: Toys are mostly old plastic toys. Food isn't made fresh on site. I think each kid gets a set portion and my child would often come back really hungry. The educators are responsible for the cleaning so the actual ratio of educators to children are lower than they should be because sometimes one or more of the educators are cleaning up instead of looking after the kids. My children would come back from the daycare filthy or sometimes cold/hot. No one had bothered to wipe the crusted snot or food from their faces or add more clothes on them when it got cold outside even though there were jumpers in their bag.
Hi Lily, Not sure if you have the right centre as we have upgraded our system from Storypark to OWNA over two years ago and don’t immediately recall your details. We in addition since replacing our systems, also in this time have added resources (we added in wooden play equipment, a new wooden deck, new tables / chairs and outdoor wooden seating and extra staff). Our food is delivered daily fresh from KGF which is a specialist childcare provider. We always offer and support have available extra food left over and if we ever have a parent requesting extra / second/ third serves this is not a problem. We would be delighted to at any time have a chat as we always want to improve - we are not a big company but trying to do our best as a local family run service.
