My two daughters attend Brightstart, they have settled in really well with the support and care the amazing educators have provided them. They always receive a warm welcoming in the morning and are well cared for. I would highly recommend this centre.

have sent my son here for the past 6 months, he has settled in so beautifully with the help of some amazing staff in his room. the staff and management have been fantastic and easy to deal with 100% recommend

Had a fantastic experience yesterday when i picked up my twin Grandsons , both boys were super happy and very well feed. The staff handles them beautifully. A big thankyou again.

As a mother, I found the environment at this center to be completely unacceptable, leading me to withdraw my children immediately. The Director, Gill, has shown a clear lack of professional integrity and has displayed deeply concerning racial bias in her management. After speaking with staff members who left the center specifically because of her discriminatory behavior, I feel it is my duty to warn other parents. We deserve a center where all families are treated with respect and equality, which is unfortunately not the case here.

Honestly, cannot fault this centre, they have been nothing but supportive with my neurodivergent little boy, he’s really making progress and the educators are so good with him. We were on waiting lists for 2.5 years before this centre opened and I’m kind of glad we didn’t get in anywhere. They have an open door policy to inside/outside, they don’t force my son to do what they know will deregulate him, they also cater to him food wise. High recommended.
