Best service all over the Melbourne

I was disappointed with the way this matter has been handled by this centre.<br><br>The centre arranged for painters to paint their fence, and during the work, my vehicle was covered in white paint. We spoke directly with the painters, who advised us that we would need to deal with the owner of the centre. When we contacted the owner, we were told that arrangements would be made to have our vehicle professionally cleaned.<br><br>Unfortunately, after that conversation, we were completely ignored. Despite waiting for a response and expecting the matter to be resolved as promised, we were never contacted again.<br><br>It is incredibly frustrating that what started as a straightforward and civil matter has been handled this way. If this is the level of communication and responsibility shown when dealing with a genuine concern, it certainly makes me question the overall standard of care and professionalism at the centre.<br><br>Very disappointing experience.
