The staff are so kind and genuinely care about the kids — it really feels like a second home. We’ve seen so much growth and happiness, and we’re truly grateful for the love and support they provide every day.

Sarah and the entire team are truly amazing. All three of my children have attended this centre, and I’ve never felt more confident or at ease leaving them in someone else’s care. The love, attention, and genuine care they show the kids is like they’re looking after their own. My children have absolutely thrived here and always looked forward to their days. My youngest loves it so much, it takes me 15 minutes just to get him to leave! I couldn’t recommend this centre more highly — they’ve been such a blessing to our family.

By far the best Centre i have come across. It's run exceptionally well by the Manager and the Staff genuinely love and care for the kids like their own. They are all incredibly passionate about what they do. Perfect family environment. Warm, welcoming, encouraging and outstanding communication with parents. If I could score higher than 5 I would. Come and see for yourself, it will exceed your expectations. I can't recommend it highly enough 🥰

Horrible Management. I have never come across such unprofessional management in my Life. While teachers were nice over there but management is hell bent to prove that they are thugs and don't care for their clients. After showing proof of payment of Bond money at the time of enrollment of my child, I still had to go through lot of mental stress and Harassment at hands of management. I'm taking them to Fair Trade. Warning for other Parents, Keep your Bond money payment details handy and confirm with management at least 1 Month before leaving the Centre that they acknowledge this payment made by you. Because in my case they simply lied and declined that they have received this money from me.

My child has been attending Hilltop Childcare in Wentworthville from last 4 years. My child is exiting from the facility, I expected a smooth and transparent process for the return of the bond money. Unfortunately, this was not the case. After numerous attempts to reach out to the management, nobody is bothered to reply for my emails and calls. I have provided the proof of payment for the Bond which was deposited into Hilltop childcare account . Authorities are not bothered to give any answer. I have come to know from other parents as well that when it comes to return the refundable Bond Money at the time of existing the centre. They just turn their backs. I hope that my experience serves as a cautionary tale for other parents who are considering Hilltop Childcare Centre for their kids and they don't have to go through all the mental stress which i am going through at the time to existing this centre
