My son started at 5months a couple days a week and from the start the staff and management have been amazing and easy to deal with. The wombat room girls are so good with the babies and my son absolutely loved it.

Our girls had a great time here. All the staff are caring and professional. They really do cater to different learning and give lots of good opportunities

This is an amazing place. When we were looking for a childcare for my 1st born, we visited multiple centres and liked this one. All staff is so welcoming and friendly. Its like a second home for my kids. From baby room to year 4 kinder, the journey was so smooth. My both kids have developed so many skills one of which is socialise and communicate. If i have any concerns or want my kids to achieve goals i discuss with the educators and they work on it. My overall experience with ymca is amazing and i am very satisfied with this centre. Highly recommended 😀

I am incredibly impressed with YMCA Epping North Daycare, especially with Surmeet, who has been an outstanding responsible person. Entire center offers a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe and happy. Surmeet goes above and beyond in providing personalized care, ensuring each child’s needs are met. She fosters a nurturing atmosphere where kids are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow at their own pace. My child has blossomed under Surmeet’s care, becoming more confident and social. The open communication between staff and parents is another huge plus, always keeping me informed of my child’s progress. I highly recommend YMCA EPPING NORTH, a fantastic place for children to thrive!

Amazing centre. We are so happy. The educators are caring and truly invested in children's well-being. We've seen such positive growth in our kids and are so thankful for the love and attention they receive. All staff go above and beyond to ensure that the children feel safe, happy, and supported in their development. Surmeet, Steph, Lydia, Vimla, Rishu, Peter, Marisa they all have been truly amazing and my kids love them. 💕

Best childcare ever. They genuinely care about the kids and always providing us with feedback. Plenty of activities for kids. My son always happy to go there. The staff are amazing. Not even sure how they able to stay so positive, attentive and polite after spending whole day with little kids 😁

We changed our son here a few months ago as we were unhappy at his previous centre. He has been the happiest he has been and we have seen him shine since starting here. The girls are amazing and all the staff there are so welcoming and friendly, always a good morning and a smiling face. I couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough. In fact, my grandson just started attending as well when my older daughter saw how happy her little brother was, she started the process of enrolling her son there. They always have so much to say about his day and seem to really know him, such a nice feeling knowing that he has been cared about so much. We are sadly ending this year and off to primary education, and going to be so sad to say goodbye. I’ve never bought teacher gifts before now, but these educators have truly made such a beautiful impact on our son, that I wanted to show our appreciation. We looked at a number of childcare services in the area before making a decision. We also completed a number of orientations as well, and YMCA exceeded our expectations. It was the only one that didn't change on any of the orientation days. They were consistent with everything. Steph is an absolute pleasure to deal with also. They explain everything in detail, and they don't take payment out before your child has started like most of the other childcare centres nearby. The centre is great with hygiene which was very important to us. Our child has just commenced in the babies room. All staff are extremely lovely and friendly. My daughter happily goes to the staff without any fuss at all, which was a shock as she doesn't even warm up to family members that quickly. Orientation was great. I got to spend time in the room watching my child as well as watching the staff with other children. On pick up they advise of the day our child has had. I'm well informed of what meals she has eaten, milk and water intake, if she has slept for the day, how they comforted her, nappy output, and day activities. They ensure sunscreen and a hat on before any child goes outside. We can't thank the staff of the babies' room enough for their efforts it does not go un noticed. You are all doing an amazing job. We have recommended YMCA to family and friends, and we have shared our experience with all. Absolutely can not fault them. Thank you to the YMCA Team.
