The most serious incident was when my child was missing for 16 minutes and was eventually found locked in a room, unsupervised. The only reason she was found was because I arrived to pick her up. As a parent, this is completely unacceptable and something that should never happen in a childcare setting where our children are supposed to be safe and supervised.<br><br>What made the situation even worse was the manager’s response. Rather than taking accountability for such a serious failure in supervision, the manager attempted to blame my two-year-old child. A toddler cannot be expected to take responsibility for their own supervision.<br><br>It then took two weeks for the centre to review the CCTV and explain how the incident happened. The lack of urgency and accountability was incredibly disappointing.<br><br>Unfortunately, this was not an isolated concern. There were other incidents, including my child not being given medication when required. These experiences have seriously damaged my trust in the centre and its ability to provide appropriate care and supervision.<br><br>The response from management, including the area manager, was also extremely disappointing. I did not feel that my concerns were handled with the seriousness they deserved or that meaningful accountability was taken.

Worst childcare

We moved our son here from another local centre where he was no at all thriving. We were really nervous about moving him because he struggles with change. But it was THE BEST THING WE HAVE EVER DONE!! He settled in, in less than 2 weeks. He has made some great little friends and is thriving 💗 . The staff are so loving and genuinely love their jobs!! The food is nothing short of AMAZING, fresh and full of flavour and nutrients.<br>My now 3 year old likes to test the boundaries, and the staff and made a genuine connection with him, so understand how he works and how to re-engage him to make better choices.<br>I honestly couldn't ask for a better child care setting for my son. I am thankful that Belinda and her team enjoy turning up to work each day.<br>Do yourself and favour and have a wander through Aspir Cranbourne West before you settle for somewhere else.

I love this daycare, local, small, feels like a family. My daughter has been here for a month and I couldn’t be happier, as soo as I walk in I’m greeted EVERY DAY and when I see my daughter she’s happy and the teachers know EXACTLY what she’s done. It feels safe and I know my baby is looked after. Very small so I know my baby gets her 1 on 1 learning too.

My child has been attending Aspire Cranbourne West for 3 years now and we do not have a bad word to say about the centre! Management are so welcoming and communicate so well with parents. The staff are incredible! Very happy with the care and education we have received for our child.

I recently visited Aspire Cranbourne West as a facilitator for Peaceful Programs, and I was truly impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the entire team. From the moment I arrived, all the teachers and staff were incredibly welcoming and genuinely interested in supporting the children’s growth and wellbeing.<br>Throughout the sessions, the educators were proactive and curious about ways to help children thrive — emotionally and socially. Together we explored breathing exercises and learned about the “worry brain” and “thinking brain” (amygdala and prefrontal cortex), and it was wonderful to see how engaged both the staff and children were.<br>It’s clear that the centre places a strong emphasis on resilience, emotional safety, and school readiness. The centre manager goes above and beyond to organise meaningful incursions and learning experiences that nurture each child’s potential.<br>Overall, Aspire Cranbourne West is a caring, thoughtful, and proactive early learning centre that truly invests in the wellbeing and success of every child. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love this childcare! The staff are so kind and caring, and the admin team is also very helpful and professional. My child enjoys every day here and is getting smarter day by day. I can see so much growth in their learning and development. Highly recommend this centre to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment 😊😊

I’m so grateful for Aspire Childcare! The staff, especially Teacher Willa and Kajal in forest are incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment my daughter joined, she felt right at home. She absolutely loved going to childcare every day to see her friends and teachers, and it was clear how much they care about the kids.<br><br>The planned incursions were such a highlight! They kept my daughter engaged and excited about learning new things. As a parent, it’s reassuring to see how much effort is put into making each activity not only fun but educational as well.
