My family’s experience with Wonderschool Throsby has been exceptional. Here are just some things I love about the service: 1. Director and Assistant Director: very approachable and follows through with queries/concerns raised. Willing to jump in where there is unexpected staff shortage (rare occasion). Proactive reporting on incidents or illnesses and good advice to parents on what to do. Most importantly they promote a SAFE place. 2. Educators: genuinely caring and give a good brief to parents at the end of the day. Educators are mostly on their feet and busy doing activities and actively monitoring children which other centres do not do at this level. They do well to give each child the balanced attention they need vs autonomy. 3. Child’s needs first: my child was struggling to be social and was quite unsettled before coming to this centre. The management and staff here were patient, eager and willing to turn it all around. They gave her a tailored program to gradually bring about change. We are very grateful for our time at Wonderschool Throsby! After a very difficult experience elsewhere, we arrived here and our daughter was welcomed with so much care and love. The educators helped her settle and adapt beautifully, and we always felt supported as a family. We truly appreciate the kindness, dedication, and warmth of all the staff. I would especially like to acknowledge Carmen, the director, for her outstanding support and care for our family. We are very thankful to have found this centre and highly appreciate everything they have done for us.

My son has been in Throsby Wonderschool since January. I have had a few communication issues with dietary restrictions and also slow responses regarding changing days, however this has been resolved. Overall it’s a good centre, my son loves going and the educators are always friendly and happy to see him. The meals provided are nutritious and he really enjoys them.

Wonderful daycare!! Both my kids attend wonderschool-nursery & preschool rooms. Staff are fantastic, centre facilities and outdoor play area are big bright & inviting. Staff are always organising fun/educational events from nature walks to bug day or a fire brigade coming to centre. My Kids are so happy & excited to go to daycare. I always recommend this centre when people ask. Kind caring staff & management with great communication. 5 stars 🌟

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Wonderschool. The educators are caring, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s development. The communication with families is excellent, and it’s clear that a lot of thought goes into creating engaging learning experiences. I highly recommend wonderschool to any family looking for a nurturing and professional environment.

I am so grateful for the wonderful team at Wonderschool for all they have done for my family. They have cared for my little one from nursery - preschool. Its been a great experience. The excursions have been the highlight. Huge thank you to all the Educators we have worked with over the years, and Carmen, Luke and Elena. We will miss you all 🥰

We have had a truly wonderful experience at Wonderschool Throsby. From the very beginning, Carmen went above and beyond to help us enroll our daughter and navigate all of the admin while we were still posted overseas. Because we had been living abroad without access to formal childcare, our child was very used to being at home with family, and I worried about how she might transition back into daycare. The staff were so warm, welcoming, and intentional in making it a fun and positive experience for her. Even on those inevitable mornings when drop-off was harder and our daughter was feeling clingy, she was always treated with kindness and empathy. I felt supported as a parent, and it gave me great peace of mind to know she was in such caring hands. By pick-up time she was always happy, excited, and full of stories about her day. The family-like environment has been central to our child's growth in confidence and has made her transition to “big school” smooth and positive.

My child has a wonderful time while she is attending this center, and I find out the staffs here is helpful, and quick response. They are always greeting and smile every time I drop off and pick up my child.
