So happy my son was part of the KPA family since 6 months old. He loves his educators so much and has developed so much quicker with his milestones , thanks to all the well-thought out activities and sensory experiences. We love the indoor and outdoor spaces with a huge variety of toys and equipment. Highly recommend!

We moved our son to this childcare from a community-based, non-profit childcare centre over a year ago, and we couldn't be happier with our decision.

The biggest difference has been his health. At his previous centre, he was getting sick very frequently and often needed GP visits. Since joining this childcare, he has been much healthier, which we believe reflects the clean and well-maintained environment.

The educators are caring and genuinely know every child and parent by name. Our son loves going to childcare each day and enjoys the variety of activities, including Happy Feet.

We've also seen wonderful improvements in his behaviour and social skills. He now says "thank you," asks for permission, and has developed great manners.

We also appreciate the many events and activities organised for families. Coming from a non-profit childcare where parents often had to pay extra for events, it's been a pleasant surprise to see so much included here.

Overall, our son is happy, healthy, and thriving, and we highly recommend this childcare to other families.

We’ve been really happy with our experience at Kids Planet Academy – North Ryde. We recently moved into an apartment building, and having the childcare centre located right on the ground floor was actually one of the key reasons we chose to move here. It has made our daily routine so much easier and convenient, especially with a young child. The opening hours of 7:30am–6:00pm are also very helpful for working parents

The educators are all very kind, caring and approachable, and the daily routines are well organised and managed. Our son is in the youngest nursery room, where everyone is required to take their shoes off, and I really appreciate this practice as it helps keep the environment clean and comfortable for the little ones.

The centre manager has also been incredibly supportive and understanding. We really appreciate the flexibility and the willingness to accommodate families’ needs. Everything that needs to be followed up is handled promptly, which gives us a real sense of security and confidence.

Overall, we feel very comfortable knowing our son is well looked after here. We’re grateful to have such a lovely centre so close to home and would happily recommend it to other families. ❤️

We are having such a wonderful experience with this childcare centre. The educators are incredibly warm, caring and attentive, and they make our daughter feel very safe and secure.

She is naturally very shy and anxious in social settings, but she is finding so much comfort and confidence here. She has developed a lovely bond with the educators and often asks them for cuddles, which shows just how safe and loved she feels.

The meals are nutritious and well prepared, and the learning activities are varied, thoughtful and engaging. We also really appreciate the frequent updates and communication through Storypark, which make it easy for us to stay connected with her daily experiences.

We feel very lucky to have found such a caring and supportive centre for our daughter. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience at Kids Planet Academy North Ryde. My baby attended the centre for two months, and as first time parents, leaving our little one in someone else’s care was a big step. The educators made the transition so much easier with their kindness, patience, and genuine care.

The team always made us feel welcome and kept us updated about our baby’s day, which gave us great peace of mind. It was clear that they truly cared about each child’s wellbeing and development. The centre is clean, well-organised, and provides a safe, warm, and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.

Thank you to all the wonderful educators for taking such good care of our baby. We are grateful for the love and support you showed our family and would happily recommend Kids Planet Academy North Ryde to any parents looking for a caring and trustworthy childcare centre.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Kids Planet. The educators are incredibly caring, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. From the very beginning, they made our child feel safe, welcomed, and excited to learn. What really stands out is how much attention they give to each child’s individual needs and development. We’ve seen great improvements in our child’s confidence, communication, and social skills. The environment is always clean, well-organised, and full of engaging activities that keep the kids happy and stimulated. It truly feels like a second home. We are very grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend Kids Planet to any parents looking for a trustworthy and nurturing childcare centre.

My baby girl Ellie arrived KPA North Ryde around her 11 months old. She settled so well under Connie and Lydia’s care and education. Now she has become a happy toddler, having fun in the Rockets room with Kori and Suki. Ellie has a multi languages environment in our family. Grandma speaks Manderine and Cantonese, I speak Manderine and English, Daddy speaks 3 languages. We feel very appreciated that the team always helps us to feel welcome and included during drop off and pick up. Especially grandma doesn’t speak English well, but Suki always helps her to pass the information to the team by translating. The strong attachment Ellie built with all the educators in KPA North Ryde makes me feel so appreciated. I can see, at KPA North Ryde, she’s growing up with safety, confident and curiosity. As the parents, we feel so lucky to have KPA team to support us in Ellie’s learning journey during her early years.

As a mum of two, finding a centre that feels like a home away from home is everything, and I’m so grateful we found Kids Planet Academy! This review is long overdue because I honestly can’t recommend them enough to the local community. My two children started here at very different stages—my son was just a tiny baby, and my daughter was getting ready for school. From day one, the support from the managers has been outstanding. They are always present, not just in the office, but on the floor, knowing every child’s name. Whenever I’ve had a question, they’ve been so approachable, understanding, and quick to find solutions. It’s clear they run a tight ship, but with so much heart. The educators and staff are simply incredible. They are the perfect mix of caring and professional. Watching them with my baby boy put all my anxiety to rest. They didn’t just meet his needs; they cuddled him, celebrated his first milestones with me, and kept me updated with photos that showed him smiling and content. With my daughter, they were patient and firm, helping her build confidence and emotional resilience. You can tell the staff genuinely love what they do—there’s no “high turnover” feel here; these are people who have become part of our family. I also have to mention the learning activities. As a parent, you worry about the transition to “big school,” but the school readiness program here is fantastic. It’s not just about academics; it’s about building independence. My daughter came out of their program not only knowing her letters and numbers but also how to pack her own bag and advocate for herself. The activities are creative and engaging. My son, even as a baby, is constantly exposed to sensory play and language development in a way that is fun. If you are a parent looking for a centre that will treat your children like their own—whether you have a tiny baby or a feisty preschooler—this is the place. Thank you to the whole team for giving me peace of mind every single day.

KPA is the best place for your child to feel at home and grow! We were really blessed with love and care our daughter received here. From early age - Connie, Hujayma, Sunanta, Ruby, Alayah and others were really caring and looked out for every small needs of our child. Rocket room teachers - Michelle, Chery, Kori and Suki were just amazing. They created such a great learning environment for our daughter. Sunny and Kun were such great supervisors! Sunny helped us with all admin activities and is simply an amazing human being. We miss being part of KPA family.

My daughter started her journey here from 11 months and everyday after we just felt lucky and reassured by this decision. The management and educators genuinely care about all the kids, you can really tell that they care everyone of them from the little stories shared, attention to every single comment you put and all the wonderful details. I highly recommend this place to any parents who want to get their kids security built in a childcare. Nothing negative - from the staffs, facilities to development plan. So much fun our daughter gets everyday in the centre. Really appreciate everyone's efforts from KPA.
