As parents, we only have positive things to say about Kids Planet Academy. Our minds are at ease, knowing our child is in a safe, loving & supportive environment. The teachings have greatly supported her development in various ways, and we feel like there has always been a great focus on viewing & supporting her individual needs. The best child care centre for all my 3 kids, and we have been to 5 different ones in the past before we moved here. This is our 2nd family, where everyone share a strong bond and connection with regular gatherings and activities for all sort of occasions. The kids recently celebrated moon festival and Diwali through crafts and cuisines. We can't be more happier for our kids to gain these sort of experiences.

Couldn't be happier with KPA North Ryde. The location is incredibly convenient with easy access to public transport and ample parking (including undercover) makes drop-off/pick-ups a breeze. The educators are nothing short of extraordinary - warm, nurturing, and deeply committed to each child's growth. When asking my kids what they feel about KPA, they instantly say they love it and excited to attend to learn and play with their friends and the educators. The staff go above and beyond to tailor activities based on interests and developmental needs, fostering creativity, confidence and curiosity. Communication is fantastic and we're always kept in the loop with updates and our children's progress. It's clear the team genuinely cares and takes pride in building strong relationships with both kids and parents. I am extremely grateful to have found this gem and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

Great spot as it close to public transportation and parking spots around. Our son has been here for over 4 years and we had no issue. Staff are nice and provide good care with educational activities. Our son gained social skills and age appropriate development during these time. I like when they are sweet and kind to children but firm when they have to learn the lessons.

Planet Academy has been a wonderful experience for our little one — a nurturing, engaging, and thoughtfully structured environment that truly supports early childhood development. The educators are passionate, patient, and incredibly skilled at connecting with my 2 year old, making learning both fun and meaningful. We especially want to highlight the amazing work of Ruby and Sooky. Ruby brings such warmth and creativity into her teaching, making every activity feel like an adventure. Her ability to spark curiosity and joy in young minds is truly special. Sooky is equally outstanding — calm, caring, and deeply attentive to each child’s needs. Her gentle approach and genuine love for teaching create a safe and happy space where kids thrive. Thanks to educators like Ruby and Sooky, Planet Academy feels more like a second home than a school. We’re so grateful for the care and dedication they bring every day. Highly recommended for any parent looking for a high-quality early learning centre with heart!

We joined Kids Planet Academy through a recommendation, and it truly exceeded our expectations. My child started at 8 months and has shown great academic progress. The carers are so loving—my child even calls some of them ‘Mummy.’ The staff are caring and provide regular feedback. We’re very happy with the excellent service and nurturing environment.

Could not recommend Kids Planet enough! My daughter had a hard time adjusting at first, and as a first-time parent, it was incredibly reassuring to see how caring and understanding the educators were—especially the room team leader, Connie. They were so attentive to her needs and made the transition much easier for both of us. Now, just a couple of months in, she is absolutely thriving and truly enjoying daycare! She’s blossoming more and more each day, and it’s clear how much of that is thanks to the genuine love and care from the educators. As a parent, I also really appreciate how consistently they update Storypark—it’s wonderful to see her routine and all the photos of what she gets up to each day. It makes us feel so connected and involved. I also value that there is a low staff turnover—it really speaks volumes about the centre’s positive environment and leadership. From the moment we enrolled our child at KPA, we knew we’d found something special. The caregivers here are nothing short of amazing! They greet each child with warmth, remembering names and individual quirks, which made our little one feel seen and cherished. Their patience and genuine care shine through, especially when helping our child navigate separation anxiety with kindness and reassurance. Especially compared with our last Child care, I do feel every educator love kids. Treat every little one as special kids. The daily update was a lifesaver, detailing meals, naps and activities. Staff were always available to chat, answering our questions with smiles and thoughtful insights. Their openness made us feel like partners in our child’s growth. Highly recommended TPA as a place where kids grow, learn, and laugh every day!

Both of my boys attend this childcare, and we've had a truly wonderful experience over the years. My older son has been here for four years — we’ve watched him grow from a slightly rough and playful little boy into a polite, independent child who can take care of himself. The teachers have played an essential role in his development through their patient guidance and education. The staff are very responsible and caring. They provide regular updates on the children's progress, give timely feedback on any issues, and always communicate openly with parents to find the best solutions. The environment is safe, nurturing, and supportive, giving children a great place to grow. The variety of activities offered also helps the kids learn and develop in a fun and engaging way.
