We have been part of this centre for almost four years now, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough.

My eldest son started when he was one and is now almost five, and my younger son started when he was around one and is now almost three. We have experienced the centre both before and since the rebrand to Kidscape, and our experience has been incredibly positive.

The biggest thing for me is that my kids are genuinely happy there. They are happy to go in the morning, they come home happy, and they have learnt and developed so much during their time at the centre.

One thing I really value is the consistency of the educators. Teachers who looked after my eldest when he was one, nearly four years ago, are still there today. The educators who looked after my youngest when he was around one are also still there. That says a lot about the centre and the relationships they build with the children and families.

Communication with families is also really good. Information, updates and anything important are communicated to parents, and things are always passed on to families.

The director is very hands-on and is regularly out and about around the centre, along with the other office staff. Everyone is approachable and friendly, and you are always greeted with a hello and goodbye. When I drop my kids off, the other children generally all seem happy and settled.

I also really like that the centre doesn't feel overly crowded. They are always coming up with different ideas and activities for the kids, and there is clearly a lot of thought put into making their days enjoyable and educational.

I would absolutely recommend Kidscape to other families looking for a caring, welcoming, consistent and communicative childcare centre.
