If Child Protection or a caregiver is sending your son to a daycare against your explicit directives, keeping it from you, and instructing your child to lie, this is a highly serious issue involving a breach of trust and potential overreach of legal authority. If you still hold legal parental responsibility, they cannot legally ignore your safety concerns or bypass your authority without a specific court order that strips you of that decision-making power. SO WHY ARE YOU? PLEASE HIGHLIGHT IN MY ORDER WHERE I'VE LOST MY PARENTING RIGHTS? THIS WAS CLARIFIED WITH THE DAYCARE BY ANDREA IN FEBRUARY. AND STILL OCCURRING...!!?!! am aware my son has been attending East Geelong daycare against my wishes I have put in complaints with companies regarding the incident when my son was bitten and I was not told the staff members saying that children and manipulative and want to strangle them this was said by Liz and witnessed by Christy. And presents that my son made being destroyed and given back to us. And false lies and Ivo obtained through lives is being investigated by Integrity oversight human rights and IBAC. My son is not to attend good start East Geelong under any circumstances. The department is not allowed to send my child there in secret.

Once was a great centre but not any more. Have continued to watch the centre spiral downhill, gathering speed with each poor decision. Truly sad to see.

My daughter was previously at a different centre in Lara and she also attended orientations at two other centres so we have spoken to a number of educators and management team. Goodstart is definitely the best day care in Lara in every way. The staff are so caring and genuine so that I don’t need to worry about how my daughter is going while I’m at work. She loves going to day care now and when I mention her educator’s name at home she smiles!

We moved our children from another centre in Lara at the start of the year after hearing great things about Goodstart. Honestly best decision ever, the staff are wonderful, they get to know the children individually and tailor learning for their interests, they are friendly, great at communicating and honestly we just wish we made the move sooner. Highly recommended!
