A very bad experience with this center even just after a tour. No one greeted us as we walked into the centre. All we heard was a educator yelling at the babies then she came and asked me what's wrong?! The lady who conducted the tour didn't even introduce herself or get to know me and bub. She even openly teased one of their exisiting families for asking them to keep their bub indoors during winter time. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. All the staff there are very rude. They don't even interact with children. One staff crossing her arms and staring at the kids in the kindy room. Kids do not look happy at all nor do the staff. The outdoor area is an absolute joke. One slide and a sandpit are all they have. Don't even go for a tour. Its a total waste of your time.

I’ve had my baby at Beams for over 6 months now and started when Bub was 12 months old. The team at Beams were so accommodating to a worried first time mother. At the beginning I called every hour to check on him then it was every day and now I trust them so much I don’t worry about him at all while he’s there. He has bonded with his nursery staff, especially Hira, Fenny and Holly and I honestly feel they would treat him just as well as if he was their own. The activities are also great and I love the daily photo updates. My son gets to do all the messy activities I generally avoid at home like painting, playing with sand, play doh etc. So grateful for the team. Also Elizabeth handles all my enquirers, date changes, pay questions and all the behind the scenes stuff really positively and timely. So happy we chose you out of all the day ares around us!
