We have had such a wonderful experience with SDN Children's Services. The educators are warm, caring, and dedicated to supporting every child's individual needs. Our child has grown so much in confidence, learning, and social skills during their time at the center. The programs are thoughtfully designed, and the staff always go above and beyond to create a nurturing and stimulating environment. SDN Beranga Autism Specific Preschool is a purpose built preschool providing early childhood education for 27 children daily, and also offers early childhood intervention services and children's therapies.
The centre is part of SDN Children's Services, which is a not for profit organisation.
Over the years we’ve been in operation we’ve supported hundreds of children and families, including many who have transitioned to a mainstream environment.
Each child and family attending SDN Beranga is supported with an individual approach. Our staff include teachers, educators, social workers, occupational therapists, speech pathologists and a cook. We identify children and families’ strengths, then work with you to set goals for your child.
While you can’t use your child’s NDIS package to pay for preschool, you can access additional therapy through SDN Beranga’s onsite therapists and pay for it through your child’s NDIS package. Our therapists will work hand-in hand with you and your child’s educators to ensure that their therapy takes place wherever they live and play.
If your child does not yet have an NDIS package, our family resource worker can help you to navigate the NDIS application and planning process.

The SDN village is a caring, inclusive, and supportive community, where your child is the centre of everything we do. We give them the freedom to invent, create, explore, and express their true selves, every day. A place where they can use their voices. And when they do, we listen.
We see the whole child and know that children thrive when we support them to grow caring hearts, healthy bodies, and curious minds.
SDN is committed to being a child safe organisation.
