Our experience with C&K Kindergarten has been nothing short of wonderful. Ms. Bec creates such a positive, inspiring environment where the children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Ms. Jess brings so much warmth, creativity, and encouragement into the classroom every day. Together, they make a fantastic team and have had such a positive impact on our child’s confidence and development. We love the program so much that we decided to enrol at two C&K centres (Augusta and Springfield central) to give our child the opportunity for a full-time kindergarten experience. We are so grateful for the incredible care and dedication shown by everyone at C&K.

I was excited when my little one was accepted a place in 2023 after hearing great feedback. Unfortunately our experience was far from great. Every drop off I witnessed staff not engaging with the children, the end of year portfolio consisted of only 3-4 pages and to top it off there was no end of year kindergarten graduation! I am not sure if this was due to change of directors in 2023, but we had a disappointing kindergarten year.

When I looked this Kindergarten up on-line and watched the video,, the thing that resonated with me the most was the genuine and loving connection that the children have with their dog, Bella. This, to me, is such an incredibly valuable experience and support for children and adults alike. Having had a lot to do with animals over the years, I have observed that many people are afraid of dogs because of negative experiences and yet a dog with the right temperament, as Bella obviously has, and with good teaching and guidance, can not only help children and their families to overcome their fears but have a wonderful, therapeutic and calming effect on them as well. What a ‘real-life’ and hands-on way to teach children to observe, to care for, to respect, to love and to appreciate animals. I would think that the benefits of this approach to learning would be enormous. I picture tells a thousand words. I can feel the love.

At C&K Springfield Central, we provide an extended hours program until 6:15pm and a holiday program during Queensland school holidays. These programs are included in your daily fee. We have two five-day fortnight programs to choose from.
Our experienced and passionate educators foster close relationships with families, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment. They focus on nurturing your child's curiosity, building their resilience and developing their confidence - all through the joy of learning through play. We operate during QLD school terms and are closed for school holidays, public holidays and some pupil free days.
Kindy is FREE for eligible-age children (those turning 4 by 30 June, in the year they attend kindy) for 15 hours per week for 40 weeks (up to a maximum of 600 hours a year).
