The centre is modern, clean and homely. Both my children have had the same educators throughout their time here. The staff are lovely- Very nurturing, kind and caring. Highly recommend!

The educators are amazing! They make such an effort to know the children and my Grandson LOVES going to school. The centre itself is always clean, welcoming, and well-organised. The programs that they implement are very creative, engaging and of such a high standard. I always leave the centre in the morning feeling confident, that my Grandson is going to have a good day. During the day I can log into the app OWNA, to see how my Grandsons day is going where I can read updates and view photos of him during his day at Explore & Develop which always make me smile. I thank the whole team for the care and kindness they show not only my Grandson, but our whole family. We love this centre and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for quality care for their little person.

Over the past 11 years my four children have rotated through Explore & Develop Penrith Centre and I truly can’t speak highly enough of the care, love, and dedication they provide. Watching each of our children grow and thrive in such a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment has been absolutely reassuring. What really speaks volumes is the incredible longevity of the team. Many of the same educators who welcomed my first child are still there today—something that’s so rare and speaks volumes about the positive culture and strong values of the centre.

My son has been attending Explore & Develop Penrith since he was 1. I couldn’t have asked for a better service for my son. He loves attending each day and we have loved the bonds and relationships that we have formed over the last 4 years. The service is a second family to my son, and we will be really sad to say goodbye as he heads off to school. I couldn’t have found a more safe and nurturing space for my child.

Best centre in the area my child absolutely loves coming to school in the mornings. The educators are amazing always kind and helpful when i’m either asking a question or when they are telling me about my child’s day on pickup. This centre has a great app which i can see what my child has been up to during the day. They are always frequently adding photos and messages throughout the day as well. overall i love this centre and my child does as well !

I’m so grateful to have found Development and Explore Child Care Centre! After visiting four centres, this one stood out as the best, highly recommended by many moms. From day one, I felt included, supported, and safe leaving my child here. The educators are incredibly caring and patient, making the transition smooth. My daughter immediately felt at home—hugging staff, high-fiving classmates, and happily talking about school at home. The extra orientation days were a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this centre to any parent looking for a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment for their child!

I am so grateful to the wonderful staff at Explore and Develop Penrith who welcomed my children with open arms and helped them settle in in record time. Special shout outs to Renee, Cheryle, Steph, Eliza and Sandra for making this such a smooth transition for my little ones - but really all the staff here truly go above and beyond.

Best centre. Fantastic communication and care. Feels like a family with genuine staff. We moved and wished we could find the same level of service and care elsewhere.

It is truly an exceeding centre with the way they operate and prepare, to build a stronge foundation for our kids.

The staff, Director & all the Educators at Explore & Develop have been so amazing with my son. I can’t recommend them highly enough. My son has absolutely thrived at the Centre.
