We toured a few childcare centres before choosing Bright Steps Academy and have been really happy with our decision.<br><br>Being a newer and smaller centre, we felt this has helped our little one settle in much more easily. It’s been really nice and reassuring to see their confidence grow and watch them become more comfortable and happy there. We also really value the individual attention they’re able to give.<br><br>All the educators are warm and caring and really take the time to get to know our child and their personality. They’re always happy to answer our questions and we really appreciate the care and support they’ve given our little one.<br><br>We’re really glad we chose Bright Steps Academy!

My recent visit to Bright Steps Academy Clifton Hill was truly impressive. From the moment I stepped inside, the warm and welcoming staff, particularly an employee named Hayden, was eager to answer all my questions. They took the time to explain the programmes, daily routines and how they support each child’s learning and development.<br><br>The centre itself was clean bright and exuded a friendly atmosphere, instantly making me feel at ease. It was evident that the educators genuinely cared about fostering a safe and nurturing environment for the children. Leaving feeling confident and well-informed, I wholeheartedly recommend Bright Steps Academy Clifton Hill to any families seeking a childcare centre.

Opening Day was fantastic! This employee named Hayden was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout the whole experience. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made everything easy to understand. Highly recommend to anyone considering checking them out!

After recently moving to Melbourne, I have been searching for the perfect centre to send my little boy, I feel like we have been to so many tours and through hours of research, and without any luck of finding somewhere we felt safe having our child enrolled, but after today it feels like a weight has come off of my shoulders.<br><br>We spent about two hours at the Open Day today and our little one didn't want to leave, which never happens! I honestly didn’t want to either! They really went all out for the families and community, it was such a fabulous family day out, and we got to connect with a few other families in the area, which was such a treat after moving somewhere new.<br><br>Hayden, the Centre Director, took the time to chat with us without making us feel rushed, answered all our questions and left a great impression on us! The educators were really friendly, and seemed to be excited about working at this centre - which we found was a great sign.<br><br>We left today’s Open Day at Bright Steps Academy Clifton Hill feeling really excited and very confident this is where we want to enrol. Thankyou Bright Steps Team for making today so special. We can’t wait to be seeing more of you!
