Rebecca at Once Upon a Family Day Care is very caring and considerate in her approach. She is happy to stick to our schedule and also offers constructive feedback and helpful tips in a very supportive way. My son was born in the last lockdown and unfortunately wasn’t able to spend time with anyone other than our own immediate family. This caused him to be extremely anxious when meeting new people or having my husband and I out of his view. When he started at Once Upon a Family Day Care, we noticed a complete difference in his personality and confidence for the better! He will still cry at initial drop off however Rebecca sends me a photo of him calm and playing with his friends, more often by the time I get back into my car! He then doesn’t want to leave at pick up time. I can’t recommend this service enough; it has been a wonderful experience for our entire family.

I came across Once Upon a Family Day Care via a friend and I’m so glad I did. My daughter loves spending time with Rebecca as she is very warm and friendly and always has some great activities planned for the days she goes. Would recommend this day care with no hesitation.

My son started attending once upon a family day care in August 2022 one day a week. Rebecca has been nothing but kind and welcoming to our family since the first time we visited for a tour. Our son has formed a beautiful bond with Rebecca and we know he is being left in very capable hands. I love that Rebecca will mirror our schedule we have at home. When we started we had a tonne of sleep issues with our son, Rebecca offered to work with us and even went above and beyond to send us extra information on a particular sleep method. We had our son back in the cot for all sleeps within week. We also appreciate that she has weekend services available if needed! We couldn’t recommend Once Upon a Family Day Care enough.

My son Kingston started in August hoping to learn new skills and meet new friends. We met with Rebecca and noticed how considerate and professional she is. Kingston continues to learn new things every visit. We had trouble with Kingston's sleep, She recommended a method to follow and thanks to Rebecca our son is now sleeping in his own cot within a week. We are so absolutely grateful of her kindness, selflessness and care she shows for not only Kingston, but for us. We could not recommend enough and Kingston can not wait to meet more friends ❤️

I had my 10 month old daughter join the newly opened daycare for only one day a week. As it was my daughter's first time in a daycare she had separation anxiety and was finding it difficult to sleep and have her meals in the daycare. My daughter was also teething during this time. The owner discontinued care in an email to me after just 4 weeks. Her reasons were my daughter was not eating and not sleeping. This daycare is not suitable for babies who are not sleep trained or first timers. Most daycares have an extensive waitlist and to discontinue a child because they are taking a bit longer to settle is the last thing I would expect from a daycare.
