My daughter has been in this childcare for 2months, she is always happy to go there, once we arrive in room toddler 1, she can’t wait to hug her educators. They are always friendly, polite.

Thank you nursery room educators for settling my baby girl. She looks forward and gets excited everyday before coming to the room. We love what you do everyday to make her childhood magical❤️❤️

Leaving an 8-month-old in care can be incredibly daunting for any parent, but Vivian in the nursery room has made the transition completely seamless and worry-free. She is an absolute gem of an educator.
From day one, Vivian has shown unmatched warmth, patience, and genuine care for my baby. Her nurturing nature shines through in everything she does, and it is so comforting to see how happy and secure my little one is in her care. She takes the time to understand my baby’s specific routines, needs, and milestones, providing a safe and stimulating environment where they can thrive.
The communication from Vivian and the nursery team is fantastic, always keeping me updated and reassured.
Journey Thomastown is a wonderful centre, but it is educators like Vivian who make it truly exceptional.
I cannot recommend her and the nursery room highly enough!

We have had a wonderful experience with the Toddler 1 room. The educators have been so caring, supportive and attentive towards our son. They have created a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment where he feels safe, happy and comfortable.

We truly appreciate the love, patience and dedication the educators show every day. It has been lovely to see his confidence grow, develop new skills, make friends and enjoy different learning experiences.

A big thank you to the entire Toddler 1 team for taking such wonderful care of our little one. We are grateful for everything you do and highly recommend this centre to other families!

Very happy with this childcare centre! The educators are lovely, caring , supportive & friendly in the nursery. My little one is well looked after & enjoys spending time there. The educators from nursery take great care of the little ones and make sure they feel safe, happy, & loved. Highly recommend! ❤️

My son goes to Journey Early Learning centre in Thomastown. He does three days a week in the nursery and absolutely loves his time there. As parents it can be stressful leaving your child in anyone else’s care the but the educators in the nursery are so lovely, attentive and hard working, giving our son the best experience possible. We love taking our son here and we are so grateful for the educators and environment that he has.

Sending my son Phoenix to Journey thomastown has been a fantastic experience they have given my son so much confidence and enthusiasm to learn and grow to fulfill to his potential as a 4 year old boy. There is nothing better than bringing your child to a centre where your family becomes apart of another childcare family. I couldn't think of anything else. Would highly recommend this centre if you have a challenging child like myself.

Journey ELC has a welcoming and nurturing environment. The educators take the time to understand my child’s individual needs and are always happy to provide updates throughout the day, which gives me great peace of mind. I always feel comfortable approaching the team with questions, and communication is open and supportive. The rooms are thoughtfully set up with a wide range of toys and resources that encourage imaginative play. The centre is always clean and organised. What really stands out is the strong sense of community — all of the staff know my child by name, not just his main educators. Most importantly, my child comes home happy every day, which speaks volumes about the care they provide.
