Journey ELC has a welcoming and nurturing environment. The educators take the time to understand my child’s individual needs and are always happy to provide updates throughout the day, which gives me great peace of mind. I always feel comfortable approaching the team with questions, and communication is open and supportive. The rooms are thoughtfully set up with a wide range of toys and resources that encourage imaginative play. The centre is always clean and organised. What really stands out is the strong sense of community — all of the staff know my child by name, not just his main educators. Most importantly, my child comes home happy every day, which speaks volumes about the care they provide.
