We couldn't be happier with our choice of Paisley Park for our children. Originally from the Malvern branch which was just so welcoming and had an awesome team led by Chandi, all of whom managed our 3 yo with so much care and comfort, we were sad to relocate but relieved to have a branch in Templestowe Lower that we could transfer to. Special thanks to Seloni and Rani who would put her at ease often when she would get anxious if I left her at drop off during her initial time starting out here. And of course Chef Stephen who always had a gingerbread man cookie to cheer up the little ones.<br><br>Our daughter is happy here at Templestowe Lower - also because there are less kids and more space so it is less overwhelming for her as she is a little reserved. Because of the confidence we felt, we decided to start our 1 yo son earlier than planned for 2 days a week and since starting here, he's been so happy to come daily that I can drop him off and he runs into the rooms with his educators and friends happily.<br><br>Although they are much newer than the Malvern branch, Rosalea and team put in so much care to make us feel welcome and eliminate any source of stress when it comes to our kids' well being. We noticed that they are constantly working to improve from the time we started to now in terms of efficiency during drop offs and pick ups and change in shifts.<br><br>The outdoor space is awesome, there's a spacious carpark, in- house chef and kitchen on-site - all of which are huge points for us. Hygiene and food safety are of utmost importance to us and it's basically an open kitchen concept serving fresh meals. We truly hope they get a great replacement chef real soon, hopefully one who is engaging and cheerful just like Chef Stephen.<br><br>We like the philosophy of the founders and Management of the centre and their policies. We have always felt at ease and and able to communicate freely with the educators on matters relating to our children as well as receive good communication via the dedicated channels or even directly from the educators when necessary. So grateful to everyone involved for the attention to detail and warmth that we feel here.

I can’t recommend Paisley Park enough! After trying different childcare centres based on ratings and big brand names, I can confidently say we found something truly special here.<br><br>The care, learning and attention my son receives is exceptional. I love seeing his daily learning through the app, from sports, arts and language to even science at such a young age. They truly believe in starting them young, and I can see the impact in his confidence, curiosity and character at home.<br><br>Most importantly, he absolutely loves going to childcare! He’s excited every morning and talks about his teachers and friends with so much love. The educators know him so well and genuinely care for him, which gives me complete peace of mind.<br><br>Rosalia is a wonderful Centre Director, and the whole team has become so special to us. Paisley Park truly feels like a second home.

The center manager is fantastic but unfortunately her care didn’t always translate to the rooms. My daughter was placed with younger children below her developmental age and lacked sufficient stimulation due to lack of enrolments. THe room often had a noticeable odour, water bottles were left unfilled, staff were unaware of her toilet training, and she was even sent home wearing another child's shoes. Paisley park Templestowe definitely need better handover systems, more qualified educators, and better age-grouping for the children.

We had a great experience back when the centre was under management by Villa Bambini. With the change in management, we appreciated the new teams (PP) openness to feedback and their willingness to make the transition as seamless as possible. For example, the introduction of date night for busy working parents, A class meals and chicken coup and other pets. These inclusions were great and felt there were steps being made in the right direction. Over time, we also noticed an increase in staff turnover, tensions between staff, management, parents, child incident reports (ours and others), decline in mood from our child and less enrolments. Our little one was unsettled, and we craved stability. A key non-negotiable for myself and my partner as parents. We made the decision to move our child to a different centre in the area and she is flourishing in the new environment, with new friends (more kids!) and staff that have proven their tenure at the one workplace (over 10 years plus). My recommendation (and intention) is not to steer prospective parents away. I am sharing my own experience and observations. I encourage parents to take a PP tour and ask as many questions as possible. Get a good feel of the place. PP is a large well planned out centre with great facilities. As mentioned earlier, we had a great experience when it was VB. My hope is that with some active listening and finessing by PP management, increase in support for staff and willingness to take on feedback (staff and parents), the Centre can make steps towards to brighter days.

We’ve had such a great experience with Paisley Park Templestowe. Toula, the Centre Director, has been so kind and helpful. She's always taking the time to check in, listen to any concerns, and keep us in the loop with our child’s progress and development. It’s been really reassuring knowing they’re in such caring hands. Our little one absolutely loves her educator, Mariya. She comes home happy and settled every day, and it’s clear she feels safe and well looked after. Also, the food! Chef Lisa makes amazing, nutritious meals and we really appreciate the focus on healthy eating and variety. Huge thanks to the whole team at Paisley Park Templestowe. We’re so grateful for the warm and supportive environment you’ve created.

Paisley Park is a great child care centre. They show care for the students eduction. My wife and I attended a seminar there, where local primary schools came and you have the opportunity to chat to them and get as much information as you can so your child can be ready for the next step in their eduction life. Also Paisley Park has also made the effort to bring fun and structure. My child struggled at drop off with the previous owners but now no tears because she has structure and stability. Also the animals they introduced in there child care centre has played a massive part. Now my child does not want to leave on pick up. Want to give a big shout out to everyone in the team at Paisley Park and say thank you. Big thank you to Toula as well, she is a legend. Will definitely be sending my next child here.
