The only centre I’ve come across with consistent staffing - meaning I’ve literally seen the same faces for three years straight. My kids ADORE cuddly bear and the educators. The experience here was so different to other centres we had tried out.<br><br>Additionally my eldest who has ADHD was so lovingly cared for and catered to by the staff and teachers which was so hard to find in other centres!<br><br>I just can’t speak highly enough of the staff and centre.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this Cuddly Bear. The teachers are incredibly supportive, caring, and genuinely invested in every child’s wellbeing and development.<br><br>They have been so patient and wonderful with my daughter, always making her feel safe, loved, and excited to learn.<br><br>The educators communicate well with parents, provide regular updates, and create a warm, welcoming environment where our child can thrive.

After being recommended by another family, we moved to cuddlybear 5 years ago , leaving a large corporate-run centre in the area, and it was the best decision for our family. The educators have been there for many years and seeing the same caring faces year after year has been amazing for our children. The large outdoor yard is beautiful, and the swimming lessons during the Kindergarten program have helped us so much, especially with busy weekends full of basketball. A big thank you to all the educators for helping all three of my children have fun each day and grow with confidence in such a warm and caring centre. We will be so sad to say goodbye at the end of the year when our youngest graduates to school. Our family recommends cuddly bear to any family starting their childcare journey or wanting a more personal centre as they are family-owned owned.

When she first joined Cuddly Bear at just two years old, she was a little one filled with anxiety, clinging to us with tears and fear of the unknown. It was a difficult transition for all of us. Yet, with immense patience, warmth, and understanding, all the teachers gently welcomed her into Cuddly Bear. They held her hand through those first tough days, offering comfort and a safe space for her to explore. Now, as she stands ready for "big school," we are simply amazed. The nervous toddler has blossomed into a bright, joyful, and assured little girl. She skips through doors each morning, eager for the day's adventures, and chatters endlessly about her beloved teachers and friends. Through guidance provided by all the teachers, she has grown not just in knowledge, but in heart—developing a spirit of resilience, a kindness toward others, a spark of creativity, and, above all, a true love for learning. Thank you for being her first teachers, her gentle guides, and her most encouraging cheerleaders.
