We love Discovery Bay. We’ve journeyed through 2 previous child care centres over the past 7 years, and we are so thankful to have landed here. The educators are amazing, the professionalism is above standard, everything is done with so much intentionality. My son is 2 and is welcomed every morning with joy. My daughter is 5 and LOVES her kinder, after leaving a previous kinder / child care with a great group of friends, I was nervous for her this year. But she has come so far in her letter & number recognition & can write her name now. She loves her kinder room & friends. I’m so thankful for Discovery Bay. I know my 2 yo son is in the best place possible until he starts school. Very happy!

My little one started in the Dias Room at 18 months, I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. Like many mums, I felt guilty and anxious at first. Around that time, I’d also heard some unsettling news stories about childcare neglect and abuse, which made me even more anxious. But from our very first orientation, the management team were warm, genuine and thanked me for choosing their centre. The warm and genuine staff put me at ease. Everyone is cheerful and welcoming each morning. The centre chef, Ms Helen, cooks absolutely delicious meals (you can smell them from the entrance!), and she always takes the time to chat and connect with families. I also appreciate their strong hygiene practices - parents are asked to remove shoes before entering the room, and educators change into their designated work shoes. It’s a small gesture that goes a long way in reducing germs and keeping the environment safe and clean. The rooms are always bright, tidy, and feel calm and inviting. Most of all, I’m so grateful for the amazing educators in Dias Room. They’re incredibly attentive and caring, always greeting the children with warmth and genuine smiles. Every afternoon, they make time to tell me how my child’s day went – how much they ate, how long they slept, and any sweet moments they noticed. My child settled in surprisingly quickly, and it’s clear that they feel safe, loved and happy here. Discovery Bay Croydon has turned my mum guilt into peace of mind. Highly recommend to any parent seeking a nurturing, high-quality centre.

This is our first experience at a Childcare and our expectations have been above exceeded. Our son (2) within the first week has progressed more than we could have imagined. The Croydon team are amazing, everyone is very friendly and this site is very clean. We are delighted to be apart of a great learning centre for our son.
