Meet Our Centre Director

I am Danielle and I am your centre manager at Rural View. I have been in the Industry for over 16 Years now as my passion for childcare started when I was young. During high school, I completed my Certificate 3 and quickly continued with my diploma. I have worked in all roles within the industry starting as trainee, assistant, lead educator, and then as an educational leader.

I believe each child is unique and they are motivated to learn when they have opportunities to make choices in an environment that is enriching and stimulating. I am excited to continue to support and mentor future educators to help shape the children of our future.

Rigorous Recruitment & Screening - All Eden team members undergo thorough checks — including Working With Children, ID, work history, references, right to work, background, and child protection training — to ensure the highest safety standards.

Ongoing Staff Training - Our educators and leaders regularly complete professional development in child protection, identifying signs of harm, mandatory reporting, and creating safe spaces.

Clear Policies & Procedures - We have strong systems in place for reporting and responding to concerns, guided by our Child Protection Policy, Code of Conduct, and Risk Management and Incident Reporting processes.
