The most welcoming centre i’ve come across, it has a ‘home’ feel to it. My son absolutely loves it and the staff go into detail about his day. You walk in and are immediately greeted by staff. I’ve never felt so comfortable sending my child somewhere. The owner works on the floor, which is almost un heard of and gives me great confidence that everything is to standard and that it’s a great work environment. Highly recommend!

An amazing place! I was so nervous sending my boy to daycare when I started back at work, but he has flourished here! The staff are so beautiful and caring - they do a wonderful job of making you and your child feel welcome.

We’ve had such a positive experience with Explore and Develop Wilton. As a first-time mum, I was nervous about the transition, but the team made the whole process so much easier. Miss Hannah, Kelsey, Tyler and Tiffany have been amazing with my daughter. It’s so reassuring knowing my daughter is in such capable and caring hands. In the three years she has been attending early childhood services, I had never once been able to simply wave goodbye without her becoming extremely upset and crying. As a parent, it was absolutely heartbreaking.<br><br>From the moment she started at Explore and Develop Wilton, everything changed. She formed genuine connections with her educators almost immediately, and for the first time ever, she genuinely loves going to school. Every morning she walks in with a huge smile, happily waves goodbye, and heads off to her educators without a single tear. Seeing her feel so safe, secure, and excited to learn is something I never thought I'd experience.<br><br>The educators have created such a warm, nurturing, and welcoming environment where my daughter feels truly valued, loved, and supported. Returning to work after maternity leave following a high-risk pregnancy was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. The thought of leaving my baby filled me with so much anxiety, and at the same time, my older daughter was also starting at Explore & Develop. It was such a big change for our family, and I honestly questioned whether I was making the right decision.<br><br>From the moment we walked through the doors, the team made us feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. Their kindness, patience, and reassurance helped ease my worries in a way I never expected. They haven’t just cared for my children—they’ve cared for me as a parent too.<br><br>Seeing both of my girls run in each morning with huge smiles, excited to see their teachers, is something I never take for granted. We'd been with another childcare provider for years but were seeing consistently building & concerning issues that were confirmed by other parents there too. I made the decision to move my daughter to Explore & Develop in Wilton at the start of the year and we couldn't be happier with the level of care she receives. The staff are so welcoming and have brilliant clear communication. You can see they build genuine bonds and relationships with the kids (and the parents and siblings, every time my eldest daughter is with me for pick-up she's welcomed, asked about school & allowed to play while we do handover). The centre itself is always so clean and well kept and I love the amount of outdoor space available and how the kids are encouraged to spend time outside. We are so happy our daughter gets to spend her days here and only wish we'd found Explore & Develop sooner.

Absolutely amazing staff so helpful and encouraging the little ones how to explore along side expressing them self’s. My daughter absolutely thrives and loves coming to school every day, seeing her friends, staff and of course the snacks and food. All healthy ideal things you want to be giving these energetic little kids who show you how happy they are there’s never a dull moment for the kids.<br><br>Highly recommend from my own experience and watching my daughter grow within the environment.

I moved my daughter a total of 3 times to find the right day care, and I can genuinely say coming to Explore and Develop was the best advice I ever took. I can rest assured that she’s in excellent care, allowing me to focus better on work knowing she’s having a great day and is cared for. My child has attended this daycare since the beginning of the year, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and support he has received. He absolutely loves all of the educators and the children there, and it’s been wonderful seeing how much he has grown and developed since starting. The owner and director have been exceptional throughout our experience always caring, supportive, and professional.
