A thoughtfully designed and well-maintained centre. The Explore & Develop team has created an outstanding environment for children, with a quality onsite kitchen, expansive nature-based outdoor play areas and excellent natural light throughout. The staff were warm, knowledgeable and clearly invested in the children. One of the best centres I have seen.

The most welcoming centre i’ve come across, it has a ‘home’ feel to it. My son absolutely loves it and the staff go into detail about his day. You walk in and are immediately greeted by staff. I’ve never felt so comfortable sending my child somewhere. The owner works on the floor, which is almost un heard of and gives me great confidence that everything is to standard and that it’s a great work environment. Highly recommend!

An amazing place! I was so nervous sending my boy to daycare when I started back at work, but he has flourished here! The staff are so beautiful and caring - they do a wonderful job of making you and your child feel welcome.

We’ve had such a positive experience with Explore and Develop Wilton. As a first-time mum, I was nervous about the transition, but the team made the whole process so much easier. Miss Hannah, Kelsey, Tyler and Tiffany have been amazing with my daughter. It’s so reassuring knowing my daughter is in such capable and caring hands. She has settled in so well, and it’s been lovely to see her development and confidence grow

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I cannot recommend Explore and Develop Wilton highly enough!

My daughter has always struggled with severe separation anxiety, and settling into childcare has been incredibly challenging. Returning to work after maternity leave following a high-risk pregnancy was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. The thought of leaving my baby filled me with so much anxiety, and at the same time, my older daughter was also starting at Explore & Develop. It was such a big change for our family, and I honestly questioned whether I was making the right decision.

From the moment we walked through the doors, the team made us feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. Their kindness, patience, and reassurance helped ease my worries in a way I never expected. I will always be grateful for the love, care, and support you’ve shown us. Thank you for creating such a beautiful, nurturing environment where my girls can truly thrive. We couldn’t recommend Explore & Develop more highly.

We'd been with another childcare provider for years but were seeing consistently building & concerning issues that were confirmed by other parents there too. I made the decision to move my daughter to Explore & Develop in Wilton at the start of the year and we couldn't be happier with the level of care she receives. The staff are so welcoming and have brilliant clear communication. You can see they build genuine bonds and relationships with the kids (and the parents and siblings, every time my eldest daughter is with me for pick-up she's welcomed, asked about school & allowed to play while we do handover). The centre itself is always so clean and well kept and I love the amount of outdoor space available and how the kids are encouraged to spend time outside. We are so happy our daughter gets to spend her days here and only wish we'd found Explore & Develop sooner.

Absolutely amazing staff so helpful and encouraging the little ones how to explore along side expressing them self’s. My daughter absolutely thrives and loves coming to school every day, seeing her friends, staff and of course the snacks and food. All healthy ideal things you want to be giving these energetic little kids who show you how happy they are there’s never a dull moment for the kids.

Highly recommend from my own experience and watching my daughter grow within the environment.
