I have my son attend Step Ahead 3 this year. I couldn't be many happier with my decision. The educators at the service are welcoming, nurturing and attentive. The educators effectively communicate and update me about son day. I highly recommend the service.

You see genuine care in the way they guide, comfort, and support each child through the day. They are accommodating. They help with changes to bookings when they can. They handle drop-offs and pick-ups in a smooth way. If something important happens, they let you know. At pick-up you get clear updates about meals, sleep, play, and behaviour. You feel informed instead of guessing. The rooms are clean and organised. Activities are simple and well planned. Staff stay close and pay attention. My child has grown more confident and social because the environment feels safe and steady. When you raise a request, they listen. They act on instructions about food, sleep, and comfort items. They remember the small things. This builds trust. My child walks in happy and settles quickly. The team create a calm space where children feel secure. Step Ahead 3 offers friendly staff, strong service, and an accommodating attitude that makes the centre feel reliable.

Best childcare centre. I have 2 boys in at the moment. I’ve referred friends and family. I’ve had a great experience with the centre. The teachers are so hopeful and give you constant feedback of where your kids are Upto, and where they can improve Academically.

I’ve had three of my children attend Step Ahead over the past seven years, and I can confidently say it’s been an amazing experience each time. The continuity of care and support from staff across all age groups has always stood out. Each of my children started in the babies’ room and transitioned smoothly up to the toddler and preschool room. The educators are nurturing, and the environment is safe, inclusive, and full of meaningful learning opportunities. I also really appreciate the halal menu, which caters to our family's needs. Step Ahead has truly become a second home for us, and I look forward to the years ahead.

Such a nice center! The staff is helpful, lovely, and kind. I feel comfortable and my baby is happy. I'm confident leaving my baby with them; they take excellent care of him. All the staff are amazing. The center is clean, organized, and has a large play and learning area. We love how they celebrate special events. My two daughters absolutely love attending Step Ahead 3. A home away from home. I have noticed so much growth, resilience and learning through play.
