Have recently had one of the male indian teachers grab my daughter on the wrist firmly trying too discipline her , as im aware he is not allowed too do that so filed a complaint and told I would get a call in regards too this and pursue further action . I have not received any communication in regards too this and this seams alarming when your talking about our kids and the employs Indian men there . I will be pursuing this further , but what a discrase absolutely discussed with the communication skills in a situation like this .

My daughter was attending here. Was called one today to be told they noticed a scratch on her neck. On arrival I saw she had a swollen and red ear, a scratch on her neck, grazes above and below her eye, small bruise near her eye. On the incident report I was asked to sign it stated 'scratch on hip'!! Staff turnover is insane, at least whilst we attended (approx 3months this year). My daughter is used to daycare and a social butterfly but I have had to take her home on an occasion from his centre due to her being upset and them not having the required staff numbers, and having no staff available to comfort my child. She runs from me once we enter her new centre, barely get a goodbye. They have a few good staff members, or had. Judging from my experiences and what I've seen re staff turn-over, those staff are likely gone. The centre has an abundance of resources and ample room for children. Some caring educators. Male educators as well as female, also.

I love this school do not listen to any of the bad reviews great staff and all the teachers are nice and approachable they have a good system and are always looking to make there children kind, smart and team friendly

I could not recommend this daycare more highly. My 1 and half year old was not happy at the daycare I had placed him in, it was evident. As soon as I toured this place I KNEW it was the one. It took maybe 2 weeks and my baby boy transitioned so well. I think he loves daycare so much now he doesn’t even want to come home. The live updates regarding his routine and live photos during the day make it so much easier to not worry and miss them so much. The carers are grade A and I just hope they know how grateful I am for the peace of mind I get knowing they are taking care of my boy with the same level of love his own mumma would!

Such an amazing group of nurturing educators. I have the upmost confidence in my daughter's receiving the love, attention and support they need while in their care .

Fantastic facilities, amazing staff that are always super welcoming, kind and caring. The kids genuinely love coming in and spending time with their educators and other children here. The food is also super healthy and delicious, which gets eaten by fussy kids. Can’t recommend the team here enough

We’ve had a wonderful experience at OAC Penrith, wonderful caring educators that my child absolutely adores. They care for her so well and she talks about it all the time. ✨✨✨✨✨The food is amazing thanks to Karen and the management staff are amazing.

It’s my son’s first time in childcare and I’m happy I chose OAC Penrith! He is thriving and learning so much in the Nursery 2 room and has built good relationships with his educators.

Fantastic centre. The managers and educators are amazing, rooms are filled with resources and keep the children engaged with indoor and outdoor play. Happy with the centre and highly recommend them.
