This was my little boy’s first daycare in 2020 when he started at just over 1 year of age, and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. A small centre with consistent and caring staff meant that he settled in well and quickly. Great communication meant I felt so reassured that he was doing ok once I left. He has since attended much larger centres and it’s been hit and miss. Small, family and child-centred daycares are the way to go.. especially for little ones just starting their daycare journey. Thanks Suzanne and her team for such quality care ❤️

My son has been at Shinetime since he was 10 months and he absolutely loves it there. We are so happy we selected Shinetime, Suzanna and the team are fantastic, they make it feel like we are dropping my son of with family each time. Shinetime is relaxed, the kids are happy and it has a great vibe.

We were completely lied to and this place where we thought was really a good place for our son, ended up being a very scary place. We took our son as soon as we could and after being notified by a temporary staff sent by the agency, who could speak Farsi that the lady running this place was not acting the same way once the parents were gone. All the permanent staff left in a very short amount of time (couple weeks) and we were wondering who would take care of all the kids there. I think the government should help parents (especially newly parents) to find a place where they can fully trust their kid to be taken care of; We were so desperate to have a spot in a daycare that we didn't have a choice, after being on a waiting list for more than 1 year!! Now, we found a good place where all the staff have been there for more than 4 years and we trust this institution. New parents, be aware!
