Kim is an excellent family day carer. She has a lot of experience and cared for my son for years. Kim is very professional and the kids always had lots of fun activities.

Kim’s Family Day Care has been a wonderful experience for my children. Kim is incredibly thoughtful and creates engaging activity games that keep the kids entertained while also helping them learn. The garden is a beautiful space with fruit trees and plenty of shade, making it a perfect place for the children to play and explore. My kids attended from 1 to school age, and we are so grateful for the nurturing and supportive environment Kim provides. Highly recommend!

Kim has been caring for our son for the past four months and we couldn't be happier. Her kindness and nurturing spirit shine through in everything she does. From engaging arts and crafts to fun garden play, she always has exciting activities lined up. We wholeheartedly trust Kim with our son's care and are incredibly grateful to have found her!

Kim has cared for my 2 year old son for over one year. Kim is extremely professional and caring. She goes above and beyond to ensure her learning environment is safe, educational and personalised to the kids in her care. For example, she knew that my son was visiting a farm one weekend, so that week she arranged to have lots of farm-related toys in her house to develop his vocabulary. By the time we got to the farm, my son was able to point out lots of animals which was wonderful! Kim constantly changes the toys in her environment, and her house and backyard is a true wonderland for children! Kim is very responsive and always willing to take on board feedback and adapt her practices to suit the individual needs of children in her care. For example, during Easter I preferred that my son did not each chocolate Easter eggs, so Kim individually wrapped yoghurt-covered sultanas for my son to hunt for in her garden! My son's learning has progressed exponentially since being in Kim's care; his vocabulary increases every day, he knows the words to lots of songs, he follows simple routines and instructions, and he is counting. Most importantly, my son is happy when I drop him off and happy when I pick him up; there are never tears and he voluntarily enters Kim's house, even shutting the door and saying 'bye!'. I feel very grateful to have Kim in our lives and know that my son is in safe, nurturing and supportive hands. Thank you Kim!

It was a pleasure having Kim care for our kids, we had our 11 month old baby and 3.5 year old attend. Kim is a compassionate and kind carer who went above and beyond what was expected. She is also organised and her home is a comfortable and well thought-out space for the kids. Also reassuring to know that VIP FDC is the umbrella organisation that supports the carers and does regular inspections to ensure each home service meets requirements and maintains high levels of care. It was our first experience with a family daycare and we were nervous leaving our baby for the first time but he settled in well and overall we were very happy with Kim’s FDC. Would definitely recommend!

Both my daughters have attended Amy Childcare from 11 months to school age. They both love being in ‘Aunty Kim’s’ home. A lovely supportive, nurturing environment with lots of interesting things to do. Highly recommend this family day care :)
