Absolutely unacceptable experience with Aspire Early Education Tarneit North.<br><br>I was issued a shocking invoice of $892 after missing a much smaller payment, with no proper warning, explanation, or attempt to communicate beforehand. Fees were allowed to accumulate quietly, and then suddenly presented as a large demand—this feels completely unfair and misleading.<br><br>There is a serious lack of transparency in how fees are calculated and how Child Care Subsidy is applied. As a parent, I was left confused and financially pressured due to poor communication and management.<br><br>When I tried to resolve the issue, there was no real support or willingness to help. The response from management, including Lydia Pinto, was dismissive and lacked basic understanding of a family’s situation.<br><br>This experience shows a clear lack of care for families and raises concerns about how this centre operates financially. I strongly advise other parents to be extremely cautious before enrolling here.

I am extremely upset and frustrated with the level of care at this childcare centre. What I experienced is completely unacceptable for a place that is supposed to look after young children.<br><br>The staff appear careless and inattentive, and it often feels like children are not being properly supervised. This is not just disappointing—it is concerning for any parent who expects their child to be safe.<br><br>Communication is terrible. Important information is not shared, and when I raised concerns, they were dismissed or ignored. It gives the impression that the management simply does not care about parents’ feedback or children’s wellbeing.<br><br>The cleanliness and overall environment are also below standard. At times, it feels disorganised and poorly managed, with very little focus on children’s learning or development.<br><br>I would strongly advise other parents to think twice before enrolling their children here. This centre has seriously failed to meet even basic expectations.

Choosing a childcare centre is a big decision, and we are so glad we found Aspire. The educators- Saloni and the management team Gracy and Lydia are incredibly patient and warm. Our child settled in much faster than we anticipated, which is a relief to see them so happy and engaged at drop-off and pick-up. He really enjoys being there. Thank you all for your hard work, which gives us peace of mind.

We have recently put our both kids (Jenika and Avika) at this centre and we are extremely happy and satisfied with the staff and management. All team members are very well educated and experienced. Highly recommended.

My son recently started at Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten- Tarneit North, and although it was a big change for him, Gurleen (the team leader in the toddler room) went out of her way to ensure he had a smooth transition and settled into his new environment quickly. She has been incredibly patient with him and has built a great rapport. Now, my son looks forward to going to daycare all the time. Thank you to Gurleen and the wonderful team in Room 4.

Amazing childcare with most professional management. Lydia was great in management and takes all the feedback seriously with lot of love and care for children. Gurleen was my childs educator and was absolutely amazing . Gurleen makes sure every child feels comfortable and as a parent i always felt secure leaving my child to gurleen. She got so much of energy and passion in the profession.
