As an ex-daycare educator myself, the decision to put my child in care was a tough one. I had standards higher than most. This service exceeds those standards more than I could’ve ever imagined. My child is cared for like one of their own. They provide a safe, clean, supportive environment for the children. The educators are passionate and kind, you can tell that they want to be there and go above and beyond for the care and wellbeing of the children. Bhavini and the management team value professional standards and development as well as family and community connections. There was no other choice of daycare for me in this area that compares to LSEL.

We have been sending our son to this incredible centre since he was 1, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Over this time, we've watched him grow immensely in both social skills and early learning activities, thanks to the nurturing and stimulating environment provided by the dedicated staff. It really does take a village, and we're grateful this centre is a part of ours. Highly recommend!

"I rarely write reviews, but this experience definitely left a bad taste in my mouth." My daughter attended this center when it first opened. Like any young child, it took her about six weeks to settle in, but after that, she had a great time and made some wonderful friends. Over the course of two years, I noticed some staff changes, which is understandable. However, in recent months, the turnover has been extreme. One day, my daughter would recognise all the staff, and the next, she wouldn’t know a single one. During our time at the center, the majority of the staff were fantastic. Unfortunately, most of those individuals are no longer there. There was one particular member of the management team who was exceptional, and I would trust her with my children any day of the week. What really disappointed me, though, was an email I received from higher management. After reporting an incident to an educator that morning, I was later informed that I had "hurt a staff member's feelings." The email didn’t acknowledge the incident I reported at all, and instead, it focused solely on my supposed role in upsetting a staff member. This response made me feel as though the well-being of my child was no longer the priority. At that point, I became concerned that the center’s focus had shifted away from the children’s needs, so I made the decision to remove my daughter.

My daughter always tells me she has the best day at daycare. The staff here is really wonderful and super accomodating. We needed to change our day due to some issue and they made it happened as soon as we put in the request. We were so grateful as we find it is very hard to change our days with other daycare. She also learn lots of different things here!!

My daughter has been attending LSEL since the day it opened and our experience for the past 2.5 years has been amazing. Their educators and staff are truly fabulous. The facilities are very new and clean. On top of that, we also love their programs/ activities. My daughter will be attending Kindy at big school in 2025 and I am sure she will miss each and everyone at LSEL. My little boy started at another centre and didn’t settle. He settled in at this daycare very quickly. Aimee and the Toddler room staff are very attentive and make sure they meet the needs of each individual child in their care. Thank you for providing our son with a home away from home. We moved our daughter Emily to the centre when it first opened its doors in 2022. From the day we got there, we saw such positive change in our shy, quiet child and she thrived under the care of some of the most beautiful educators. We have loved the last 2 years at the centre and recommend it very highly to anyone in the area. They are the most welcoming, kind, fun centre who always have the children front and centre of everything they do.

I absolutely love this centre, my son is thriving and so happy at this daycare! Amazing team always putting the children's and families best interest first and such a variety of resources and activities for the children to engage in.
