Busy Bees on Ashdale is a wonderful service, both staff and environments are amazing. The service manager, Lily, is passionate, extremely knowledgeable and holds a high standard, which filters across the centre and staff. Each staff in the rooms are warm, welcoming and good fun! The rooms and outdoor areas are clean, well maintained and inviting. My daughter LOVES going to Busy Bees, would highly recommend.

A few things. In the baby room when I went to watch they left a baby to scream for nearly 2 hours straight while I watched. Lots are very snappy and clearly overstimulated by the workload - a thing seen in most daycares sadly. Toddler room ladies were rude so made me leave the daycare and my child came home completely distressed.<br><br>Poor communication about leaving the daycare and child couldn’t attend the last day as she was sick and they paid me in full, a single mother leaving a DV situation, and tell me weeks later I needed a doctors note. No empathy or sympathy for mothers struggling by themselves. Money money money is all they care about.<br><br>They act like they care for you and your child but really is just about the money. Daycare is a disgusting place.

Had a great experience with Busy Bees on Ashdale! Everyone is so welcoming and there is a great vibe. The care level is amazing and always have great things for the children to do. Highly recommend 😊
