We had a very distressing experience with a childcare provider. We were advised that placements were available and were invited to attend tours, which we did. During these visits, we were clearly informed that places were available and that we could proceed with enrolment. We confirmed our interest as instructed; however, no enrolment paperwork was sent to us. This same situation occurred across multiple locations we visited. Being repeatedly told that placements were available, only to be informed otherwise after following all required steps, was extremely misleading and a complete waste of our time. There are many childcare centres that communicate honestly and respectfully regarding placement availability. When they advise that a placement is available, it is truthful. Families are not misled or made to waste their time. Unfortunately, this was not the experience we had.

Very disappointed with our experience across multiple centres. Before attending tours, we specifically asked whether places were available and were advised that availability existed. Based on this, we attended tours at several centres and clearly expressed interest in enrolling. Following the tours, we were told enrolment paperwork would be emailed so we could proceed. Unfortunately, no paperwork was ever sent and there was no follow-up communication to progress enrolment. A couple of days later, we were advised that the places were now filled, despite never being given the opportunity to formally apply or submit enrolment documents. In addition, the communication we experienced was unprofessional at times, including phone calls being ended abruptly, which was disappointing and stressful as a parent. Families should not be encouraged to attend tours based on stated availability, only to be denied enrolment without transparency or follow-up. Clear communication, professionalism, and respect are essential when dealing with families seeking care for their children.

Futuro Bardia has been amazing thus far in our journey there. From the centre managers Debbie, Christie & Ayse being so helpful and accomodating, to the Room 3 staff that support and nurture our daughter. It has been amazing to watch her thrive with their support and encouragement. I love how organised, creative and engaging their program is, as well as the variety of nutritious food available for our little ones. I would recommend this place for everyone with little ones.

My daughter has been attending Futuro Bardia for a few months now, and I have never seen her so happy or eager to share all the wonderful things she’s learned each day. The staff at Futuro are truly exceptional, especially those in my daughter’s room. They are caring, understanding, and show genuine love and compassion toward both the children and their families. Their professionalism and dedication shine through in everything they do, and they always go above and beyond to support my daughter whenever she needs it. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this centre. The front office team, Ayse, Christy, and Debbie are just phenomenal. They greet every family with warmth and a smile, answer any questions with patience, and take the time to really get to know you. Thank you, Futuro family, for creating such a nurturing, joyful, and supportive environment. We’re so grateful to be part of it!

I absolutely applaud this centre and all staff! My son moved centres due to relocation and I have never seen an easier transition for him. All the staff are amazing and so welcoming. As we leave my son has to go to every room just to say goodbye. The centre is very family oriented and we are so lucky to be apart of such a wonderful community. Special shout out to all the front desk staff for making our transition so easy!

As a parent, leaving your child in someone else’s care can be tough, but Futuro Bardia has made that process easier for our family. It’s truly a great place for our daughter. She’s happy, engaged, and always excited to attend every morning, which speaks volumes. The staff are caring, attentive, and always greet us with a smile and a good chat. Most importantly, we feel completely at ease knowing she is in a safe, and nurturing environment throughout the day. The 'No Phone Zone' is a great idea to keep all children safe, and it really reinforces how committed the team is to putting the children’s safety first. We really appreciate the communication from the team, and the effort they put into making each day fun and educational for our daughter. My son has been attending Futuro Bardia since March 2025 and we have found the Educators to be warm and inviting. My son took longer than expected to settle into his new environment as he attended a smaller service previously. His Educators and the team have been very supportive with his additional needs and have been transparent with his learning and development. The high fee，but poor service.

We absolutely love Futuro Bardia Childcare! The educators are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about each child’s growth and wellbeing. It’s such a relief to see our child finally settling in, especially after having difficulty adjusting at other centres. The centre is always clean, organized, and filled with engaging activities that support learning and development. Communication with the management team, especially Ayse, is excellent, and we always feel informed and supported. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Futuro Bardia to any family looking for a safe and nurturing environment for their little one!

My child has been attending Futuro at Bardia for 3 months now and I am very happy with the centre. It is well kept with lots of safety precautions in place to mitigate any risks, especially around the road/carpark and centre access. The resources are well looked after and cater to a wide range of children’s interests. The staff are all absolutely wonderful from the educators to the support staff and the management, and have all been very accommodating to the needs of both myself and my child.
