⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Childcare Centre – Highly Recommended!<br><br>We are so happy and grateful that we found Stepping Stone Happy Valley! It truly feels like a second home for our daughter. She absolutely loves going there and is always excited to attend childcare, which gives us so much peace of mind as parents.<br><br>The centre is always neat, clean, well-organised and filled with wonderful toys, learning activities and play areas that keep the children happy and engaged. All the educators are incredibly friendly, caring, supportive and welcoming.<br><br>We would especially like to give a big heartfelt thank you to Tash, who holds a very special place in our daughter’s heart. Our daughter absolutely adores her and mentions her name so many times at home! It means so much to us knowing that our little girl has such a beautiful connection with her educator. Thank you, Tash, for your love, patience and genuine care. ❤️<br><br>One of the biggest changes we have noticed is in our daughter’s confidence. When she first started childcare, she was very shy, especially because of the language barrier. But over the past two years, we have seen an incredible transformation. She has become so much more confident, happy, independent and comfortable expressing herself. An amazing childcare centre with genuinely caring educators. Our son has been supported, encouraged and nurtured throughout his time here, and the staff have always gone above and beyond to accommodate his needs. I am grateful for the positive impact they've had on him and would highly recommend this centre to any family. We are so thankful for everything they've done and will be sad to say goodbye at the end of the year.❤️

The staff at SS happy valley are so great, my daughter is very clearly loved and well looked after. Any issues we have had have always been addressed and requests are happily adhered to and respected. My daughter has a few quirks and with the help of the educators, transitions which are normally really hard are made super easy. On weekends my daughter asks when she is going to see Tashy again.<br>All the staff are very friendly and the centre is well equipped and there are lots of things to play with and they quite often go to the school nearby or for big walks in the resiviour that my girl LOVES.<br>I’d like to especially mention Tash, who is much more than just my daughter’s educator. She has gone above and beyond her role in my girls life. She does what she can to implement strategies at child care that transition to home life and has honestly made such a difference for us, some days we have some pretty big asks and she smiles and says ‘no problems’ and it helps me breathe a little easier on those super hard days.<br>Maddie the director and Mel the assistant director are so welcoming and lovely, always organising special incursion for the children and strive to make the centre very inclusive and respectful.<br>We are so greatful to you guys and will be sad to leave when our daughter goes to school in 2028.

A big thank you to Maddie, Mel and the rest of the team for the warm and welcoming environment that you always provide here. My daughter genuinely loves going to "school" each day (as she would say) and tells me all about what activities she has been up to. I also love the regular Storypark updates and photos, and the way that the educators explain how the activities are connected to fundamental learning. It is clear how much the educators genuinely care about the children, and from what I hear from my daughter, the feeling is mutual. Full-time working parent guilt is so real, but it is comforting knowing our girl is in good hands when she is with you.

Walked in to get my child, he was sitting on the ground crying with 2 staff gas bagging 1m from him, if you want your child cared for go somewhere else.
