All the staff is amazing! The admin people are so helpful answering all my million question. The educators are always so kind and polite to us and having a chat. But the best of all is to see how happy our child is when entering the centre with a big smile and walking happily to the educators! We feel like the educators genuinely care about our child and family and we couldn't be happier anywhere else. Thank you everyone for your amazing work :)

I moved to Goodstart Aberfoyle Park a year ago, as i was unhappy with the current centre my daughter was in. Alex was really lovely, she let my daughter have half days, even a few hours in the morning, just while she was getting used to the centre. She wasn't meant to be in fulltime, but it turned into full time very quickly. The Staff treat the children like family, they give hugs, they pick the children up when needed, they form such amazing bonds with the children! The Admin team work tirelessly to make sure everything is up to date, and Hannah, in the early days, dealt with my many calls, with such empathy and compassion! The Kitchen team have been nothing short of incredible. My Daughter has a few food allergies and intolerances that unfortunately would upset her tummy quite often... But with lots of back and forth of emails, phone calls, person to person chats, we have found what works for her. Bel is always up for a chat regarding your children's dietary issues, and if she can make it work, she will make it work! Overall, I am more than impressed with Goodstart Aberfoyle Park and will be sure to recommend them to anyone looking for childcare in the area! 5/5 stars to this big childcare centre family!!

We are fairly new to the centre, however I couldn't be happier with the care provided to my little one in Nursery 1. Our little miss has built some great bonds with the educators making drop offs alot easier. As a worried mum the staff have been super reassuring and have really listened too and followed our routine making it such a calm and breezy orientation into child care. I also love being greeted every morning by Hannah at the front desk... Always has smile and so helpful ☺️ Thankyou to the AP goodstart team!

We have really enjoyed our time at Goodstart in nursery 1, having a Key Educator has been wonderful. Our son only attends 3 days a fortnight, so having one person get to know him, has been great! It was allow him to build trust quickly. Special mentioned to Shania, she is wonderful, she always provides a great overview on the day and a beautiful cuddle on arrival and also to Hannah at reception, she has the most welcoming, kind nature and has been a great support to me, as a first time mum on the childcare scene.

My little boy has been going her since he was 5 months old and loves it. He is always so happy to go in the morning and never wants to leave at the end of the day. The staff are so attentive and have really got to know him as he has grown up. All of the staff are great and caring with the children and the range of activities that they do in the day is great. The staff have also been very understanding with my requests and have worked with me to ensure that what we are doing at home is translated into the day at day care. Overall, a great decision and one I would not change!

From the Nursery Room all the way through to the Kindy House, the staff at Goodstart Aberfoyle Park have always been fantastic with our little boy. They know all about him, take a real interest in his development, and are always, always happy to have a chat at pick-up and tell us about his day. We're coming towards the end of our time there, but owe a massive thanks to all the staff here over the years!

I have had such a positive experience here. My daughter loves going to childcare, and is always happy at pick up and drop offs. I drop her off confident she is safe and happy in the care of the wonderful educators.

There some educators who are really good because of who I have given 1 star but most either don't want to be there or do you a favour. There is no management interference when required, I have first hand experienced where my infant and than toddler had to experience negative feelings, we don't always know what they are feeling when they can't form sentences but it worried me sick when he came home and said an educator name and said hurt me, as a parent your heart sinks, in his initial days he came home with bruises on his ankles and arms, must be from holding him too tight or hard but still. There are a number of instances I raised with the initial director and then the new one put us financial hardship by not taking the correct fees and then loading them on us, no response after multiple follow ups, the place is shocking. If I wasn't going through what I did and had options for care, I would have moved him in a heart bit. Worst is no one knew it was his birthday on the day until I went that afternoon with cookies for everyone. When I saw no one knew I took the day off work and took him home. He was there for months before that and I asked them if they normally celebrate and they said we do small things and all kids sing happy birthday etc, so much for his 2nd birthday. If you have a chance to send your kid anywhere else, please do. If your child says something try to understand and believe him. He still talks about that place and still insists in a sentence he was hurt there.

Lovely atmosphere for children, caring staff and lots of fun activities. My 3yr old has been happy to go, would recommend.
