My partner and I think the staff are amazing and our little girl loves the staff, the communication is great, we love the amount of pictures that are taken and shared with us as well as her daily routine, we love the progress updates regarding milestones and children's voices. We can not fault Orange ELC highly recommend them !<br><br>They also host regular "date night out" night and such and i think its a credit to how amazing and the extra effort they go to is above and beyond what is expected of a childcare centre

My son loves going to orange elc. He is always happy leaving me and loves the educators and is always in a happy mood when I pick him up. He is always doing activities and playing with his friends. The educators are all lovely and give great handover at the end of the day. It is always nice to see the photos when he has been doing activities. I couldn’t be happier with Orange elc

Highly do not recommend.<br>My son suffered multiple head injuries while in their care, and not once was I contacted or informed about them. When I spoke to Cynthia the following Monday regarding the issue, my concerns were initially brushed off. It was only when I mentioned that I would be involving the Department that the conversation changed, and she quickly questioned how I hadn't noticed the injuries at Friday pick-up.<br>The reason I didn't notice them earlier was because the injuries were hidden under my son's hair, which was a bit longer at the front at the time. I only discovered them later when I was showering him.<br>When I collected my son from his room later that day, an educator advised me there was an incident report for me to sign before leaving. Upon reading the report, I was told that my son had run into an educator's leg. However, this explanation did not match the marks on his head.<br>I also raised my concerns with Mandy, but once again felt they were dismissed rather than properly addressed.<br>Unfortunately, this was not the first incident. There have been several occasions where my son came home with bite marks on his face, which staff attempted to pass off as scratches he had supposedly caused himself while napping.<br>Overall, it felt like there was a constant stream of excuses rather than accountability. The lack of communication, poor supervision, and dismissive responses to serious concerns have left me with little confidence in the centre's ability to keep children safe.

Honestly couldn’t fault Orange ELC at all!!!! My 3 year old and now 2 year old attend the daycare and I can already notice differences in my boys.❤️ Staff are absolutely Amazing, Friendly
