Our child attended Frankston House after we moved to the area, and we really appreciated the care and support provided during this time. The team helped her settle into a new routine in a group environment, and it was reassuring to see her enjoying the daily activities and feeling comfortable day to day. We also valued the thoughtful planning around her learning and transition. Thank you to the educators and leadership team for their professionalism and care during this stage of early learning.

Both my boys have attended frankston house therefore in total we've been here for 5.5 years. Boys boys have had a great experience and love the educators. They have a relatively low staff turn over comparative to the industry and have a fantastic kinder teacher. They are always doing great experiences/ activity's and are great with there communication / updates on your child's day plus have a really good menu which my boy always eats.

We have had our son in the kinder room for the past 18 months and the team are fantastic. He has built strong bonds with his educators and great friendships. He absolutely loves going to ‘school’ as he calls it. We were nervous for our daughter to start care at 5 months old and the team in the nursery room have been incredible with the transition and she is now 5 months in. They take such great care of the children and keep you updated. Our daughter is excited at drop off and the team follow the same routine we do at home. The management team and educators are incredibly caring and go above and beyond.

Frankston House is a wonderful centre! The educators are all so friendly and welcoming it feels like a home away from home! Quite a few long standing staff which is a positive sign of dedication and provides continuity of care for the children. 5 stars from me!

Both of my children have attended Frankston House over the past 4 years and we couldn't be happier with our experience! My son moved over when he was 4 which was tough for our family, but the team in the kinder room provided so much support and made the transition so much easier for him and he quickly thrived! Making such great connections with his educators that we still keep in touch! My daughter started as a 6 month old and now at 2, looks forward to coming each day to see her friends and educators (who she has even named her teddies after). The caring environment, excellent communication from staff and engaging program make me feel at ease knowing my children are well cared for, supported and have fun!

This centre has drastically gone down hill this year. From feeding my four month old food without permission, to continuously neglecting to supervise the children allowing my child to be physically hurt by another child 6 times this year (3 times in one week) Avoid at all costs!

I have been sending my daughter to Frankston House since she was 5 months old, the care and support my child and i was given during this transition was great. She is now in the Abode (toddler room) and the love and learning provided has really supported her growth and development. She is always happy and settled when I drop her off, and the same when i collect her. She loves her educators and the food!

My son has been attending Frankston House Sanctuary of Early Learning since he was 4 months old. He is now 2.5 and absolutely loves attending “school”. The staff are incredibly caring, loving and definitely make you feel at ease leaving your child in their care.

We simply love Frankston House and its Team! Each Educator is welcoming and caring and provides an awesome program that caters to the children's interests, includes nature and the outdoor environment in their play and learning. The meals provided are a favourite of our daughters also! A genuine love for the children is evident. Highly recommended!

Amazing place, my kids miss everyone there. We started there when it opened, if they can maintain the standard it’s well worth being on the wait list. Nice families attending too!
