Kanlaya has such a gift to take care of young children. She’s really caring and intuitive and puts a lot of effort in creating an environment where kids can grow and learn. She is very flexible and always accommodating. She really puts a lot of soul and heart in raising little kids and is a wonderful educator. our little boy was always so happy to go and stay with her and did many creative and outdoor activities that kept him entertained.

Kanlaya is amazing! She was so patient and accommodating with my daughter's transition in to care. Everything is provided - nappies, wipes, amazing meals - I drop Indie off knowing all bases are covered and she's going to have a great day. Indie always comes home so happy after having had fun playing in the lovely garden outside, inside with the assortment of toys and brings home lots of little artworks that are now forever keepsakes. Thank you Kanlaya, we can't recommend you enough! 💜

Family daycare with Kanlaya (or Yaya as the boys call her) is brilliant. We met Yaya when looking for child care with our first son Harry, I was going back to work at 6months and in my visit to her she instantly put my mind at ease as you could see how much she loved her job and how much the children in her care loved her. Harry is now 3.5yrs old and sees Yaya as part of his family - Ben his brother also joined at 6months old (now nearly 1.5yr) and they both absolutely love her. She has created a lovely environment in her home where they get lots of outdoor activity with a sandpit, gardening and lots of toys. I love that they get fresh air and in the good weather they eat outside too. Yaya is also very creative and they get the opportunity to do lots of arts and crafts. Harry raves about Yaya's food which she freshly cooks - her thai rice being a firm favourite! Another great benefit is that Yaya will take them out to playgroup or the zoo (when you have provided permission) and this helps them get used to interacting in bigger groups or behaving out and about. The only reason we are leaving is that we are relocating overseas - we are so sad to be leaving her and would highly recommend any family to visit Yaya and see her service.

My little boy Finn has been with Kanlaya since he was 10mths old, he is now 3.5yrs and we have been so happy. I had visited a number of Family Day carers in my search before returning to work and as soon as we met Kanlaya and saw her place I knew she was the perfect fit for us. She is so warm and loving and Finn has always loved going to 'Yaya's' two days a week with his friends. She has plenty of things to do and a lovely garden for the kids to play and explore, they are always doing painting or craft and learning about new things. Kanlaya provides healthy food for all the kids and the best rice ever according to Finn. We were due to start our daughter this year also however we are sadly moving interstate. We can't recommend Kanlaya highly enough for all she has done to care for our son for the past 2.5yrs and will greatly miss her.

We introduced our son to Kanlaya's care when he was 7 months old. She communicated with us a lot during this time and she was so warm, empathetic and loving with him. This helped him have a very smooth transition. He has now been attending for seven months and learns so much in Kanlaya's program. We saw him expand his words, social skills and comprehension so quickly after joining. Kanlaya also provides beautiful nourishing meals and a great variety of learning programs each day. Her home is great with a wonderful backyard, lots of outdoor play, and lots of social programs. She was even able to help with our son's difficulty with sleeping. We can't recommend her highly enough for babies and toddlers.
