I am extremely disappointed with the administration at this childcare centre, particularly the way my enquiry was handled by Nikola.<br><br>I emailed the centre one day before our intended booking and received no response at all. Understanding that emails can sometimes be missed, I also made several attempts to contact the centre by phone, but nobody answered or returned my calls. As a parent trying to arrange childcare, this lack of communication was incredibly frustrating and stressful.<br><br>Good administration is just as important as good childcare. Parents rely on timely responses, especially when making bookings or seeking important information about their children. Being completely ignored through both email and phone shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for families.<br><br>Based on my experience, the customer service provided by the administration was unacceptable. Nikola's handling of our enquiry left us feeling that our time and concerns were simply not valued. A simple reply or callback would have made a significant difference.<br><br>I hope the centre takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication with parents. Families deserve prompt, courteous, and professional service, particularly from the administrative staff who are the first point of contact.

My daughter has attended Happy Trails for the last few years after we relocated to Darwin, and it has truly been the best daycare we have found. The staff are absolutely amazing — caring, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s wellbeing and development. From day one, my daughter felt safe, supported, and happy, which made the transition so much easier for our family. The educators take the time to build strong relationships with both the children and parents, and communication has always been clear and reassuring. The environment is welcoming, nurturing, and engaging, with thoughtful activities that support learning, confidence, and social skills. I have always felt confident leaving my daughter in their care, knowing she is loved, encouraged, and well looked after. I couldn’t recommend Happy Trails more highly to any family looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and high-quality daycare. I’m really happy with our first week in happy trails. The centre has a beautiful atmosphere, the educators are welcoming and the care is amazing. Since the enrolment, the process is organised and the communication with parents is great. After 4 years in Darwin and visit many centres I believe I found the best.

Best daycare centre ever!! I love how multicultural the centre is, how much the staff treat our kids like their own, how welcoming each and every staff are when you walk through those doors. And how much my kids love them back. I’m so sad to be leaving such an amazing daycare centre and everyone who made an amazing impact in my girls lives. You won’t be disappointed!

Great place. My 3 year old daughter loves it here. And the food they provide is fantastic, so healthy for the kids.

We loved our time at happy trails before moving interstate. From the beautiful welcoming smiles each morning from Haidee & Chami. All the delicious food, cuddles & bithday celebrations with fruit cakes. Our girls were 8 months and 2 years when they started at the centre. We never had any worries leaving them in the care of all these lovely educators. One thing we loved about happy trails is how multicultural the centre is. Definitely would recommend this childcare centre, it has set the standard high for us.

Very glad we decided to send our toddler here! He loves it. The staff are great. It’s a really nice, welcoming day care. Very happy!
