My daughter began attending Leap Start when she was just seven months old, and throughout her entire time there, I honestly cannot recall a single day when she was upset about going to or leaving the centre. That alone speaks volumes about the caring, nurturing, and welcoming environment created by the team.<br><br>I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to all the staff for the exceptional care and support they have provided over the years. A special thank you to Mary, Mauli, and the Centre Director, Ange, who have all played such an important role in my daughter's journey. They made her feel like part of a family, and she genuinely loved spending time with them. As parents, it gave us great comfort knowing she was happy, safe, and well cared for every day.<br><br>Ange's attention to detail, outstanding organisational skills, and dedication to creating a warm and welcoming environment for both children and families are truly commendable. Her nurturing nature is exactly what we were hoping for when choosing a daycare centre.<br><br>From day one, every staff member has been caring, professional, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing and development of the children. They not only meet each child's individual needs but also encourage them to reach their full potential through engaging, fun, and meaningful learning experiences that provide an excellent foundation for school.<br><br>One of the things we appreciated most was the centre's inclusive and family-oriented culture. The sense of community they create is truly special and sets them apart.<br><br>My daughter is now six years old and has moved on to school, so unfortunately, we no longer require daycare services. However, if I ever had the opportunity again, I would choose Leap Start without hesitation. In fact, I would happily send her there instead of a school vacation care program.<br><br>Thank you to the entire Leap Start team for your ongoing dedication, kindness, and commitment to our precious little girl. We will always be grateful for the positive impact you have had on her early years and our family.
Everyday Experiences
LeapStart feels like a home away from home for our family. It is the little things that mean so much. There is always a smile & someone asking how we are doing. Every educator makes us feel welcome & cared for even if they are not from my child’s room.<br><br>Seeing my child walk in happily & confidently is such a lovely feeling. It tells me they feel comfortable & included here. I love how much they get to explore & learn through play. The music, art & Mandarin classes make their days even more special.<br><br>A special thank you to Ange & Rhi for being so warm, supportive & easy to talk to. It means so much knowing my child is spending their day with people who genuinely care. A big big big thank you to the whole LeapStart team. We really appreciate you all .

Excellent childcare centre with friendly, caring and gentle staff! The centre offers wonderful educational programs, including arts, dance and sports, keeping children engaged and learning. The facilities are clean, well organised and professionally managed.<br><br>Special thanks to Angelina and the entire team for their dedication, excellent care and commitment to the children’s development.<br><br>Highly recommended! Want to say a huge thank you to Ange and the leapstart team for always going above and beyond to chater each child's and families needs. The love and support and ongoing care that the staff and management show gives parents a sense of security in knowing our children's needed are the priority . It's like that feeling of when you drop your little one off you feel like you dropped them at their grandparents house just like a home and family should feel . The facilities and programmes and omg the amazing chef sharree who coins up the most amazing food are all set to the highest standard . When he first started, he was scared and anxious about attending childcare. We honestly didn't know how he would adjust.<br><br>Today, we can hardly believe the transformation. He now wakes up excited and asks to go to Leap Start every day.
