We’re very happy with our experience so far—our daughter currently attends two days a week. Cindy, the Director, has shown genuine care and attention toward our daughter, which has been incredibly reassuring. Understanding that we were initially quite anxious, Cindy kept us consistently updated on our daughter’s daily routines via WhatsApp, which we greatly appreciated. Any concerns or requests we had were addressed promptly and directly by her. We truly value Cindy’s dedication and the level of care she provides.

Our family has had a wonderful experience with Ivy Kids childcare centre. My child is always happy to go and clearly feels safe, cared for, and engaged every day. The educators are warm and attentive, and the environment feels very positive and nurturing. Cindy, the centre director, is incredibly involved and ensures everything runs smoothly — you can really see her genuine care for both the children and the families. We couldn’t be happier!

We’ve had such a positive experience with Ivy kids. From the very beginning, the staff have been warm, attentive, patient and caring.The facilities are clean, well-organized, and full of resources that encourage exploration. One of the standout features is the enrichment program. It goes beyond the basics, offering a wide range of engaging activities that spark curiosity and creativity. We became part of Ivy Kids family about 4 months ago and our daughter seems very happy and settled with the educators. Cindy and all the other staff members are very supportive and kind, you give us a personalised service, timely updates of the little one and it means a lot. When your most precious thing is in someone else’s hands you need to have a good confidence on them and we have that on Ivy Kids staff. Words can’t express how amazing this facility is, truely. The staff are so lovely, the facility is beautiful, they treat all kids so amazing and I know my kid is in such great hands. From the second we walk in the door in the morning they are so excited to see our child. They keep us up to date all day with photos and they write to us about how our child’s day was. There is no better daycare. Children going to this daycare are very lucky. Well done guys :).

Our child has received excellent care and education at this centre. The teachers are very experienced and truly understand how to support children in different situations. Our child never participated in group time at previous centres, but here he actively joins every session and feels comfortable and relaxed. The centre strongly encourages children to explore new things and provides great positive reinforcement, which really stands out compared to others. The facilities are new, the outdoor garden is spacious, and the overall environment is fantastic. We would definitely recommend this kindergarten to our friends.

So far, this has been the most comfortable and favourite childcare for our child. Almost every educator we’ve met is incredibly warm, patient, and caring. Our child has been very well looked after and supported here. In just a few weeks, we’ve seen unbelievable progress — our child is now able to join group time, communicate confidently in English, manage emotions better, and has become more polite. The changes have truly exceeded our expectations. Before coming here, we went through a very difficult time with our previous childcare, where we received constant complaints that caused a lot of stress and pain for both our child and our family. This centre, however, has shown real understanding, patience, and acceptance. In such a short time, they have helped our child become a happy, confident child who feels loved and supported. This place has not only helped our child heal, but also healed us as parents. We are deeply grateful to this childcare, especially Cindy and all the wonderful educators. Highly recommend!!!
