After extensive research and trials and many child cares in Mernda, coming across Cloudberry has been such a relief and breath of fresh air.
This child care put the 'care' in daycare.
What we love:
- Montisorri structured centre, helping build skills and confidence.
- Permanent staff. Other centres have agency staff, which makes it difficult to build connections and trust between child and carer.
- Management and owners are easy to reach and accomodating to the needs of all families. You can tell it's a passion not a business/job.
- Regular thorough updates of children
- Fantastic nutritious meals

I cannot speal highly enough of Cloudberry and all their staff.
Thank you Cloudberry

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A wonderful ECEC service that genuinely puts children, families and educators at the heart of everything they do. The service demonstrates a genuine commitment to quality education and care, not just meeting requirements.
Highly recommended for families looking for a caring, professional and child-focused early learning environment.

Cloudberry is an amazing childcare centre! The owner is kind, approachable, and genuinely cares about every child and family. The educators create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where children feel happy, supported, and encouraged to learn. The centre is always clean, well-organised, and full of engaging activities that help children grow and develop. It’s clear that the staff are passionate about what they do, and they treat every child with love, patience, and respect. I highly recommend Cloudberry to any parent looking for a caring and nurturing place for their little ones.

This is our second week at the centre and this is our best drop off ever! No tears and even had a good bye. Never thought I would see this day. We’ve tried many centres before and it’s always been a big stress, but my daughter is calm in this environment. Highly recommend, thank you Cloudberry!

I am so thankful to have my child enrolled at Cloudberry! I genuinely love everything the centre have done! The aesthetic and the staff, the views are breathtaking and it’s honestly such a beautiful centre! My daughter is a very lucky girl and I only wish I could have sent my other 3 children there so many years ago with my eldest now 12years old! I’ve recently been diagnosed ASD&ADHD myself and the centre is so calming to me! I just feel so relaxed when I come there for drop offs and pick ups! Always a beautiful welcome and I’ve never experienced that feeling at any other centres! I just wish I could enrol myself and hang out all day. The owners go above and beyond! I can’t recommend this centre enough!!

We were always very keen on family day care and were quite nervous about moving into a centre environment, but this centre has completely changed how we feel. From the very beginning, the quality of care, attention and genuine kindness shown to our son has made us feel so settled, comfortable and confident in our decision. The facility is always incredibly clean, well organised and welcoming, which gives us great peace of mind as parents. The educators are caring, attentive and truly take the time to get to know each child and their individual needs. A huge thank you to Joe and Tash for creating such an amazing centre and environment for children and families. It’s clear how much love, effort and dedication goes into the care they provide every single day. We are so grateful to have found this centre and highly recommend it to other families. 5 stars from our family and Ethan 🥰

They always take the time to update me on my child’s day, which gives me so much peace of mind My child has become so much more confident and excited to learn. They actually look forward to going every day The centre is always clean, well-organised, and full of engaging activities that keep the kids stimulated and happy. I highly recommend this centre to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment

My wife and I really value attention to detail, empathy, and a well organised childcare environment. ELC Cloudberry and their team have demonstrated these qualities. We especially appreciate the concierge service, which gives us peace of mind and allows us to check in on our daughter throughout the day. Having visited a few childcare centres, what truly sets Cloudberry apart is that they care not just about the children, but also about the parents. They are thoughtful, supportive, and genuinely innovative in the way they operate.
