Cloudberry is an amazing childcare centre! The owner is kind, approachable, and genuinely cares about every child and family. The educators create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where children feel happy, supported, and encouraged to learn. The centre is always clean, well-organised, and full of engaging activities that help children grow and develop. It’s clear that the staff are passionate about what they do, and they treat every child with love, patience, and respect. This is our second week at the centre and this is our best drop off ever! No tears and even had a good bye. Never thought I would see this day. We’ve tried many centres before and it’s always been a big stress, but my daughter is calm in this environment. Highly recommend, thank you Cloudberry!

I am so thankful to have my child enrolled at Cloudberry! I genuinely love everything the centre have done! The aesthetic and the staff, the views are breathtaking and it’s honestly such a beautiful centre! My daughter is a very lucky girl and I only wish I could have sent my other 3 children there so many years ago with my eldest now 12years old! I’ve recently been diagnosed ASD&ADHD myself and the centre is so calming to me! I just feel so relaxed when I come there for drop offs and pick ups! Always a beautiful welcome and I’ve never experienced that feeling at any other centres! I just wish I could enrol myself and hang out all day. The owners go above and beyond! I can’t recommend this centre enough!!

We were always very keen on family day care and were quite nervous about moving into a centre environment, but this centre has completely changed how we feel. From the very beginning, the quality of care, attention and genuine kindness shown to our son has made us feel so settled, comfortable and confident in our decision. The facility is always incredibly clean, well organised and welcoming, which gives us great peace of mind as parents. The educators are caring, attentive and truly take the time to get to know each child and their individual needs. A huge thank you to Joe and Tash for creating such an amazing centre and environment for children and families. It’s clear how much love, effort and dedication goes into the care they provide every single day. We just wanted to say a big thank you for everything you’ve been doing for our daughter. Starting somewhere new can be a bit daunting, but you’ve made it feel so easy and positive for her right from the start.It’s so nice to see how quickly all the kids have settled in, especially since everything is still so new. The kids always seem quite calm when I do the pick ups. That really says a lot about the kind of environment you’ve created. We really appreciate the care, patience, and attention you give the kids. It means a lot to see her come home happy, chatting about her day, and excited to go back again. We feel really lucky to have found Cloudberry!

This is such an amazing centre and the staff are always so welcoming and so gentle. Everytime I walk in, I would see them talking to children and settling them. It gives me such comfort seeing love and care from educators. The activities throughout the day are quite engaging as well. My daughter has always been quite shy around new people, but within just a week of being here she became so much more confident and has built such lovely connections with all of the educators and a few friends already. We absolutely love this toddler space and we are so glad that we chose Cloudberry ELC for our daughter. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a caring and supportive environment!
