I am deeply disappointed by the hygiene and care standards at this childcare centre. As a family member, I found several aspects of the care provided to be unacceptable and concerning. On multiple occasions, we observed children being left with runny noses that were not cleaned promptly, leaving them visibly unclean for extended periods. Basic hygiene should be a priority in any childcare setting, especially when young children rely entirely on staff for their care and wellbeing. What concerned us even more was the care provided to my nephew. His nappy was not changed for a prolonged period, resulting in a painful nappy rash. This is a fundamental aspect of childcare, and parents should be able to trust that staff are regularly checking and changing nappies to ensure children's comfort, health, and dignity. These experiences have raised serious concerns about staff attentiveness, supervision, and the centre's commitment to maintaining appropriate hygiene standards. Children deserve a clean, safe, and caring environment, and unfortunately, that was not our experience. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and reviews its hygiene practices, staff training, and procedures to prevent other children from experiencing similar issues. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this centre to families seeking a high standard of care for their children.

Ongoing hygiene issues and zero accountability Please think twice before sending your child here. We have had ongoing issues with the staff failing to change my child's nappies in a timely manner. Leaving a child in a solid, wet nappy long enough to develop a severe nappy rash is completely unacceptable. We gave the center multiple chances to fix this. We spoke to the educators and management directly after the first few instances, but absolutely no corrective action was taken. It is heartbreaking to pick up your child in pain because the staff cannot manage basic care routines. The lack of accountability and communication here is deeply concerning.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of basic care I am incredibly disappointed with the level of care at this facility. On multiple occasions, my child has been left in wet and soiled nappies for extended periods, which has resulted in a severe and painful nappy rash. What is most frustrating is that I have brought this to the staff's attention several times. Despite multiple assurances that they would monitor the situation, nothing has changed, and the neglect continues. Proper hygiene and basic attention should be a given at any childcare center. I cannot recommend this place to any parent who expects their child's basic health and comfort needs to be met. I wish i could add the pictures of it but that wont be possible due to internet guidelines.

Ravneet I truly appreciate the patience, understanding, and guidance the educators provide in supporting my twins everyday needs and helping them settle, learn, and grow with confidence. It is reassuring to know my children are in safe and nurturing environment where their individual needs are recognised and supported. Management is also friendly ,supportive and approachable. I strongly recommend this centre .

My daughter (19months) has been attending guardian Tarneit for 4 months. I really can’t fault the experience we’ve had so far. Every staff member we interact with is friendly and welcoming, the centre is clean and well presented and you can tell the educators really care and take pride in what they do. My girl really loves attending and you can see the beautiful relationships she’s built with her educators. I truly believe this is the best daycare in the area.

Harley attended this school for over a year and we took her out only because we moved to another suburb. It is by far the best childcare. Teachers are all mums which helps because they show empathy and care naturally. Also they celebrate kids birthdays, update Storypark app daily and also celebrate all cultures! Truly is the best. I’m thinking about driving an hour to bring her back here cause her new school is nothing like guardian.
