Finding the right daycare for Winter and Ivy wasn’t easy, but we are so grateful we found this one. Our kids come home happy every single day and genuinely love going each morning, which means everything to us as parents.<br><br>Our son Winter is autistic, and the team has been incredibly understanding and supportive of his journey. They’ve adapted to his needs with so much patience and care, and we’ve seen such positive growth in him.<br><br>A special shout out to Michelle — she has always been so accommodating and has been such a constant, reassuring presence for our children. We truly appreciate everything she does.<br><br>We couldn’t ask for a better place for our kids. Highly recommend!

After issues at another daycare centre we were nervous to send our boy anywhere - aspire has been so good for him. He loves going and always has so much fun.

I’m really happy with Aspire Baldivis! The centre is amazing — all the educators are so kind, caring, and professional. They manage the children with so much love and attention, which gives me great peace of mind as a parent.<br><br>A special thank you to Delphine, the Centre Manager, for her outstanding support. She handled my concern so quickly and kept me informed throughout the process until everything was resolved. She’s very responsive, proactive, and genuinely cares about the families. Absolutely Stunning Centre with an Amazing Centre Manager who’s super welcoming, sweet and supportive!<br><br>I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone, it’s a very lovely centre my children love it here, they never want to come back home, the educators do a great job looking after our children.

The staff are so warm and friendly and the centre is lovely. I have had the pleasure of attending the centre to provide incursions. The staff join in with the children, take photos to share with the families and are not shy to put on one of the costumes;-) What a fabulous feel in this centre. The children seem happy and very comfortable in the space here.

Don’t believe everything you read, despite recent staff turnover my 2.5 year old has thrived! He has become interactive with others, he’s stopped crying at drop off and his confidence has improved so much. The old staff were amazing and are missed but give the remaining and new team members a go, they are going above and beyond to rebuild the centre and ensure a safe environment.

10/10 would NOT recommend.<br>I pulled my daughter out due to the massive turnover in staff and the ladies were looking stressed and almost in tears from being overworked with lack of support from head office. My daughter was in absolute hysterics each morning because she never had consistency with the educators. I was in tears every morning on my way to work over the guilt of leaving her in such a state. She was waking multiple times a night screaming from nightmares. Her mental health deteriorated and she turned into an unregulated shell of a child. It all seemed to happen around the time all her original educators resigned and they kept dropping off with no explanation or plan moving forward for our babies. She took a full water bottle daily and it was always empty when I picked her up. I'd Refill it when I got home and she would drink the whole thing from being so thirsty. When i picked her up the kids were out of control, climbing on tables and screaming, not listening to the educators. Im glad as a 3 year old she can communicate what goes on and if something was wrong. She was so unhappy and it sounds like we aren't the only family to be unlucky enough to go through this.<br>It was such a shame considering the first couple of months there were fantastic - i didn't have a bad thing to say about the place.
