At Miss Janes Family Daycare, each day is planned with a balance between structured learning and play, ensuring that children are not only developing essential skills but also having fun while doing so. Whether it's engaging in imaginative play or exploring nature in the outdoor area every activity encourages curiosity and creativity. Miss Jane's Family Daycare is routine driven with a focus on learning and developmental milestones.
Hello local families - you are invited to visit Miss Jane's wonderful day care service where we have loads of love and big hugs to share - we have a fun and active program that helps the children learn great team work, improve their language, develop gross and fine motor skills, appreciate nature including sustainable principles and how to be part of a community. Our primary aim is inclusion, connection and feeling secure.
Our inside environment is warm/welcoming with separate child friendly spaces to explore. We enjoy home cooked meals everyday and the Sleep time is in a quiet bedroom space to ensure quality sleep in dedicated cots or stretchers with provided linen. Our routine helps ensure we know what's next - we do not do a school run so all care time is for your child. Our outside garden rooms have lots to explore - vegetable gardens, Water Tank tunnels, sand pit sensory corner and climbing platform tree house. The children enjoy the freedom with boundaries and supervision to explore, create, use imagination and run free.
We are so lucky to enjoy regular outings to our lovely local Reserve, where we explore nature, appreicate wildlife and enjoy big open spaces or hide n seek fun in the pine forest. In acknowledgement we pay respect to Elders - past, present and emerging - we give thanks to the Yuggera and Turrbal people for providing this land for us play, learn and we promise to take care of it everyday.
