We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Little Gems Helensvale. From the moment we enrolled, the transition from home daycare to this centre was incredibly smooth, which really put my mind at ease as a parent. One of the standout features is the healthy, nutritious meals provided daily by the onsite daycare chef, it’s such a relief knowing my child is enjoying balanced meals prepared with care. The centre also uses Storypark, which has been fantastic. I love being able to see what activities and routines my child has been doing throughout the day and really helps us stay connected and feel involved. The staff are amazing, always friendly, smiling, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and learning. You can truly feel the warmth and passion they bring to their work every day. The environment itself is very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up to support learning through play. I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to my daughter’s teachers, Miss Shell and Miss Tahnee. It often takes her a little time to warm up to new people, but both of you have created such a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment for her. She has formed the most beautiful bonds with you - so much so that she cries when it’s time to go home! Thank you for everything you do, it doesn’t go unnoticed. I’m so happy we made the switch to Little Gems Helensvale, it’s been such a positive change for our family. Will forever recommend this centre!

The Best Centre !! My kids have been to a few but never fully settled, my kids run off now holding hands. They get greeted with cuddles and smiling faces & every teacher knows them personally - not just who is in there particular class which I love. It feels so happy and homely, always going above & beyond !!

Cannot rave enough about the amazing staff at Little Gems Helensvale. My 15 month old son was refusing to sleep, eat and acclimatise to his old daycare even after 8 weeks there- however one week at Little Gems with Miss Shell saw him sleeping 2hrs a day, eating his lunch and overall being a much happier child even outside of daycare. All the staff (even the ones NOT in his rooms) know my son’s name and acknowledge him with a good morning and goodbye everyday. While it may not be as structured as some of the bigger ‘chains’ (and has more of a free range feel to it somedays!) I love the flexibility of the learning program, the relevance and ability to adapt to what the kids are actually interested in that week, I LOVE seeing the happiness all of the children display on a daily basis, and I adore the caring nature of the staff - from the centre Director Nicole who greets you at the front door all the way through. If you are sitting on the fence - give them a try!

Absolutely professional, educated and caring team, can not fault this service, from babies up until ready for school, they support the kids and families through the hole transition, we are going to miss them all so much.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Little Gems Helensvale! The staff here are absolutely amazing—so supportive, kind, and genuinely caring. They took such good care of my son, and it was incredible to see how much he grew and developed during his time there. He absolutely loved going every day, which speaks volumes about the loving environment they’ve created. The huge open space is fantastic—bright, clean, and filled with an incredible variety of toys and activities to keep the children engaged and happy. The communication was also top-notch; they always kept me informed and made me feel so involved in my son's progress and daily experiences. If you're looking for a daycare that truly goes above and beyond, I wholeheartedly recommend Little Gems. Thank you for everything you’ve done for our family Nicole & Team!

Little gems Helensvale is an AMAZING work place to work. I have been apart of the team since June 2024 and it already feels like home. The Educators go above and beyond with everything they do.The environments are well set out and you can see that each area is all about the childrens needs and always ready for learning💎 The children are always coming in with big smiles and leaving with even bigger smiles after a day of learning and growing together 💎Im so proud to be apart of the little gems family💎
