⭐ Review for Little Learners Hilbert OSHC ⭐ I recently enrolled both of my children at the Little Learners Hilbert OSHC program, as it’s closer to home than our usual service — and I’m so glad I did! My children often find change and new environments challenging, so I had only planned to book them in for the first week of the school holidays. However, from the very first day, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. They took the time to get down to my children’s level, engage them in a variety of fun experiences, and make them feel completely comfortable. Each afternoon, my kids were so happy they didn’t want to leave — and were just as excited to go back the next morning! I ended up extending their booking into the second week because they were enjoying it so much. My four-year-old even asked if she could come here every day as her new daycare! Every morning, the educators greeted both myself and my children with genuine warmth, and they were always receptive to any notes or updates I provided. Each evening, they gave me a thoughtful summary of how the day went, which I truly appreciated. The centre itself is consistently neat, clean, and beautifully set up with engaging activities. It’s clear that the staff put a lot of care into creating a fun and nurturing environment. Overall, I’m extremely happy with Little Learners Hilbert and their wonderful team. The program feels warm, personal, and genuinely family-focused. My children will definitely be returning every school holidays!

Little Learners Hilbert is a beautiful centre for my little one! Such a welcoming and supportive environment. The staff are amazing and have made the transition into daycare a really positive one. My daughter has settled in beautifully and the staff are a big factor for that.

An honest review of little learners hilbert😄 ​Little Learners' Place is, without a doubt, the most outstanding childcare centre we could have ever hoped for. To watch both of our children (who are at different developmental stages!) not just attend, but absolutely thrive here, is the greatest comfort a parent can have. ​The centre’s magic lies in its people. The educators are phenomenal—they are more than just staff; they are caring mentors. They manage to be incredibly warm and nurturing while simultaneously providing engaging, high-quality early education. They know the unique needs and quirks of each of our children, making them both feel seen, valued, and safe. ​Every morning, the excitement radiating from them as we arrive is palpable. They rush in, eager for the day's adventures, whether it's an exciting sensory play activity, a lesson in early literacy, or simply joyous time on the fantastic outdoor playground. The commitment to a diverse, well-rounded curriculum is evident in their happy stories and the constant growth we see at home. ​The facilities are always pristine, the communication is excellent, and the atmosphere is one of joyful learning. Little Learners' Place is an absolutely five-star experience—it truly feels like an extension of our own loving home. We could not give them a higher or more enthusiastic recommendation!

No proper monitoring from the management side. New staffs are always look confused about the work. Most of the educators are good. Directors don’t have a clue how to run a centre

We’ve really tried to give this centre a fair go. Each time new management came in, we decided to stay on and give it a couple of months to see if things improved. Unfortunately, our overall experience hasn’t been positive, and I feel it’s important to share some facts for other parents considering care here. Some red flags we noticed: Since our son started in December 2024, only one original staff member remains, she is an incredible educator and has been a highlight of our experience. Comments on the Xplor app have been disabled, due to previous parent feedback being shared there. The centre also operates a playgroup, and at times this meant staff were required to attend to playgroup visitors, leaving paying families feeling less supported. A few incidents involving our son felt avoidable. I do understand that accidents happen in any daycare environment, but some situations raised concerns for us about supervision and communication. We genuinely wanted this centre to be a great fit for our family, but over time we’ve felt increasingly uneasy with the changes and lack of stability. I hope this feedback encourages improvement, as the children and the remaining dedicated staff deserve the best environment possible.

I highly recommend sending your children to this beautiful centre or attend their playgroup/ events : the staff are welcoming, supportive, their philosophy is good, service is always clean. My son loves attending their centre for playgroup and their events
