Fabulous centre with the warmest, kindest staff. Montessori learning approach gives kids independence and confidence. The educators make the kids feel so welcome and happy when they arrive each day, nurture each child's strengths and help the build skills for kindy. Couldn't recommend more highly

We're so happy with RCC for our child, who started in early September this year. We were apprehensive moving them from another centre, but they already appear much more relaxed and supported. The educators feel genuinely warm and caring, and the director Elyse was patient and open to all our questions. When we toured, I knew this was the place where we could send our sensitive child to feel a bit more at ease than at their previous centre. We can already see the positive impact on them after switching to RCC. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and wish we had made the switch to RCC sooner.

RCC is a lovely small centre with a wonderful team of educators who genuinely go out of their way to ensure our child feels understood, supported and cared for. We really value the consistency of familiar faces, the mixed-age environment and the close relationships that come with being a smaller centre. Elyse is very responsive and genuinely invested in the children and families. It’s a really special little community!

We've been sending our kids to Randwick Creative for the last two years.

We'd previously had a poor experience with other childcare centres in the area. Inconsistent staffing was a real challenge and we felt the daycare never really got to know our kids.

Randwick Creative has been incredible. The staffing is very consistent, and the educators genuinely care about and understand our kids, even putting strategies in place to help with difficult drop-offs. Our kids are flourishing and feel safe.

We couldn't recommend this place more.

Our kids have been at this lovely daycare for a couple of years. The educators are genuinely so caring, and there has been no staff turnover which we really appreciate. We feel so safe sending our kids every week and know they are being well taken care of. We would 100% recommend Randwick creative!

My daughter has been going to RCC since she was 2, and now she's off to kindy next year — bittersweet! The educators here have been amazing, so caring and attentive, and we've loved watching her grow in confidence over the years. It really feels like a second family. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a warm, nurturing place for their kiddo. Thank you to the whole team! 💛

I have been fortunate to have to have all my kids come to this daycare. It started eight Years ago and im back now for my third child. There was no other option for me, but to come to this daycare. The teachers have been there for all of my kids are still there and that says a lot about a facility like this. The carers are like an extension of the family as my kids to this day who are in primary school, still come through happily to greet their original educators.
They are a clean facility, natural light and above all care for the kids. The community feel is still there with all my kids as they have made many friends.
Their back yard also something the kids love.

I highly recommend Randwick Creative Childcare Centre. As a speech pathologist, it has been a pleasure to collaborate with such a warm, thoughtful and genuinely child-centred team.

The centre provides a calm and welcoming environment, with a strong focus on children’s emotional wellbeing, individual strengths and overall development. There is a real sense that each child is known, valued and supported as an individual.
The collaborative approach is also wonderful. Elyse Rosa has created a culture where educators, families and allied health professionals can communicate openly, raise concerns, share ideas and work together to provide consistent and individualised support for each child.

A special mention also to Miss Renuka, who is an incredibly thoughtful and engaged educator. Her genuine care for the children, willingness to collaborate and commitment to supporting their individual needs is evident in everything she does.

It is a beautiful centre with a genuinely caring and dedicated team, and a pleasure to work alongside them.

From the moment I toured the service, I felt at ease. The building is older but beautifully clean and full of charm. The staff clearly have long-standing experience, which is so reassuring to see. The centre director, Elyse, has been there for 8 years. She was incredibly open, honest and warm. As a parent sending my 2-year-old for the first time, she truly helped calm my nerves and made me feel confident in our decision. I can’t wait for my child to commence, it already feels like a caring and supportive environment.
